Firstly, if you think giving patients the same appointment times to come in super early in the morning and only see them on a first come first serve basis is an effective strategy, then obviously you dont care about your patient care. You only care to stack your billing codes. Secondly, if you are going to use this insensitive style of seeing patients, then you need to damn well be sure that you are offering your patients appropriate space, for them to sit and easy access to water and a restroom. Cramping all your patients in a small corner of the office where everyone is standing around creating a fire hazard is illegal and also highly insensitive to your elderly population who are all willing to wait but have to stand to do so. Best Medical Care takes advantage of the huge South Asian and Latinx population in Queens because they do not traditionally speak up regarding their care and unfortunately language access is limited in Queens Clinics, which is another issue. To exploit this factor brings shame upon these medical professionals who should be more apt at treating and creating a clinic where patients with arthritis can at least sit down.

I have been with this facility for 13 years .The pediatrician is great but the receptionists attitude is very disgusting. They dont understand too much and always hangs up. When you ask for walk in they dont get back to you until late afternoon. They are not well trained in dealing with public. So I have no choice but to seek medical assistance for my kids elsewhere. Management is f ping nothing to help this.

Horrible service, receptionist are horrible in the office and over the phone. They give a hard time over the smallest matters, Zafreen is the worst one, very racist environment. They choose people of their own kind over others. They honestly have no clue about whats going on, they do not enter data right away either. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. NOO. IT IS WORSE THEN THE PLAGUE. ...do yourself a favor and change PCP. They make you wait for 2-4 hours per visit to milk the procedures...insurance money *cough cough. Dont waste your time unless ur a parent who has nothing better to do.

I had severe injury on my left knee and the staff at BMC really did a wonderful work on it with patience and kindness along with great experience on PT they were able to get me up on my feet again. ..thank you Rimma, Kiran and Charmi for being there.

This place is the worst. I had to wait over two hours every time I visited this place. The doctor is nice but I wont go back. The appointment you have is worthless, it is a first come first serve but they take over 20 minutes with a patient.
