Im furious with the experience I had there. My husband and I took our 3 month old son to get blood work done and normally they just prick his foot so I placed his food out of his sleeper. Whenever the lady walked in she got incredibly rude and said "um Im doing it on his arm not his foot". So I just let it go but then she couldnt find his vein very well and even said out loud that she wasnt sure but stuck his arm anyway then decided to dig and dig to find his vein and after she couldnt find it she decided to call another lady in who did the exact same thing! At this point his arm is as red as a tomato and Im trying not to punch someone. They finally make the call to switch to the other arm and got that one right away. I had to take my son to urgent care because he had bruises and little red dots all the way down his arm and turns out that from having the band on too tight and for too long they bursted the capillaries in his arm. Never EVER again will I go there.

Sweet staff even at 6:30am at North Point. 1st time, my Meritus doctor did not click the lab request thru. But it wasnt the labs fault.The lab folks were so nice, trying to search the database but alas had to return next day. The next day I was In & out in 30 minutes. Its crowed at 6:30 but the front desk & tech staff are always competent and friendly. If they have difficulty they get someone right away. Wish my doctors office was as organized :)

It was very easy just have to pick the right time. Staff was very helpful and i was in and out in less than 30 min. They have two labs in hagerstown. The other one is in the building across the street from Spicers Appliances. They are usually less crowded at times and i go there when i need blood work also.

Staff was nice but waited extremely long in the waiting room with a 3 day-old baby while many people who came after us were taken care of while we sat.
