I have had many visits with her and she took care and loved spending time with my animal! My cat had an infection and riped off as much skin as my palm would cover. my cat riped of so much could see her leg muscle. she fixed her right up, my cat had a lot of stiches and kept riping them out. the vet told us to keep my cat at the vet hospital. Then the vet relized the stiches were not workin so she used stapels. In 2 weeks my cat was back to normal. she evan waved the fee for the stiches that didn not work. I have had this vet for 20 years and she is the greatest! she was their for me when i had to put my dog down and she let me have as much time as i wanted at the end. This vet cares for her patients, with all her heart. she is NOT in it just for money If you hade ONE bed experience their is NO need to call her a bad vet. This is what she has to do for a living, and for her to NEED the money to servive is her problem, you need to relize this is the realy word and people have to make a living. If you see her at work you can tell she is dedicated to her work. That is all I have to say. Next time you do not need to post online that YOU did not have enough money to pay the bill, and then blame the vet. SO next time keep it to yourself and just give her a bad rating WITHOUT the complaning

Sadly, we had a very bad experience at Saratoga Springs Veterinary Hospital. We move often, and always bring our 2 cats in for check-up/wellness visits with a new vet. We asked for nail trims for both cats. Our first cat was extremely scared/anxious around the vet and assistant- this seemed to stem from them roughly putting him on his side and covering his face with a towel out of the blue. They didnt really handle his reaction well- they gruffly put a leash around his neck and at one point he was dangling in the air while they held him by the leash around his neck. I was horrified, and he was actually throwing up when we got home. We brought him back and they said he was fine and just freaking out. Wed never had a problem with any vet before- Id never seen anything like that.We took both cats to Banfield after that experience and had no problems. I hate to use the word "cruel" when talking about a vet- but that was my experience. I would not recommend!

I had an emergency with my animal and told them I was not going to be able to pay the bill and they said okay fine we will just wing it and then they took me to court for the bill. She does not care about the animals so much as the money. I would consider yourself lucky not to have her as a VET for your animals.

Dr. Reppert and her staff have been outstanding with our puppy, who is now over a year old. This office is friendly, courteous, and clearly loves their patients. Highly recommended.

I dont remember ever disliking a vet until now. Too bad they dont do personality transplants.
