I see from postings elsewhere with tales of woe about this dentist office. Saturday morning I arrived for my 9 a.m. appointment to find the office closed. I called the number displayed on the awning. A recorded message informed me that the office was closed today because of "blizzard-like conditions" and that patients would be called on Monday to reschedule their appointments." Admittedly, we were having a snow storm, but it was not nearly as severe as originally predicted. Its fine that they decided to close the office but I dont understand why, like more professional places, they didnt feel it was necessary to call patients with appointments and inform them they would be closed. The punchline here is that I also had to make an extraordinary effort just to make this appointment in the first place - including being put on hold for 10 minutes and eventually disconnected. I have no idea at this point if Dr. Jackman is an excellent or mediocre dentist. However, her office staff is highly unprofessional.

If I could give this review a negative star I would. I had Saturday appointments only to have to wait in the waiting room and hear about some guy "Going to the Bronx" each and every Saturday. That conversation seemed more important than actually checking in the clients. Going here was the worst decision Ive ever made. They are highly unprofessional, and she uses old materials. I dont know how this woman is still in business. I made sure to let me insurance carrier know what was going on and what shoddy work she does.

This is the worst dental office I have ever seen in my life. They are taking 9 months to complete dental work that should take 3. Dr. Jackman refuses to call me back and her staff are a joke. They hung up on me 4 times today and then put me on hold for 40 mins. She ruined my Christmas, my Birthday and now my vacation. I am suing her and her whole practice for negligence and pain and suffering. An absolute discrace to her profession. STAY AWAY!!!

This place is a nightmare. If you can get the girls at the fount of the place off the phone or the gum out of their mouth you will get the most rude treatment you have ever seen. Their is no bathroom and not only that but the work sucks she is the worst dentist in the world she should not even be able to work in this field. one last thing she only will take cash.

If i could give less stars I would . Doesnt even answer the phone .never consistent with scheduled business hours. All dental work falls out . Dirty. Over crowded. Unprofessional snotty staff. Although, Dr Jackman is very nice as a person. The office is terrible.
