Im new to the area after having been relocated for work. I had been looking for a new dentist and asked a co-worker who she sees. She recommended Marine Dental and told me she and her family have been patients there for several years. I always prefer word of mouth referrals, and she spoke of them so highly that I called. I was thrilled to be able to get an appointment that same week! My teeth have never been problematic, just a cavity here and there, but I was having discomfort near my gum line. I saw Dr Edwards and he explained it was an ab-fracture (worn spot due to years of grinding) and patched it up with some bonding. I was so relieved and felt so comfortable with him and his staff that I had my records transferred from my previous dentist that afternoon. The best quality about Dr. Edwards is how relatable he is. I explained my issue and his exam was so gentle that I was immediately at ease. I couldnt be happier with the experience. :)

been going to marine dental for years. had 2 very bad experiances with a simple tooth extractions. the last one in jan 2015 hada simple tooth pulling when dr. Edwards gave me the injections he was very rough and as soon as he put the needle in my jaw felt instant pain. thought it would go away. they came up with socket excuse, the next tooth is bad. he was hitting my back tooth with his instrument really hard and asked if it hurt.i told him yea cause your hitting it hard. are you kidding. he told me it was from smoking. he told me I counldnt be in the same house if some ones smoking. from when he gave me injection my jaw cant open and close very painful. my ear has stabbing pain my neck also. I cant tilt neck back. all and all very very painful. cant eat , talk . I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS DOCTOR TO MY ENEMY. BEST PART I DONT KNOW YET IF IT CAN BE FIXED...........................................
