I was a patient / customer of this office for approximately 3 months and went almost on a weekly basis. The first time I had a true emergency come up and was unable to make my appointment, I still had the courtesy to call ahead and let them know. I was told on the phone I would be charged $35. I was a regular customer in good standing with no previous no shows or cancellations. I explained that I could reschedule for the following week but was told that this was not acceptable and the only way out of the fee was to show up or reschedule the same week. It was already Wednesday and my schedule was already 100% booked for the next 2 days. I am always respectful of businesses time and only cancel if I have to and always call to give them the courtesy. I was surprised by the fee but had no option but to pay. However, to make it much worse, I started receiving daily phone calls about the fee as if it were some kind of debt collector. Very unprofessional and annoying. I will NOT be back. These people are difficult to deal with. I hope the $35 was worth losing a customer.

They are both wonderful professionals who have helped relieve my chronic pain and discomfort from my multiple surgeries following breast cancer and reconstructive surgeries. I sincerely appreciate the care and concern they have shown me.
