Ive been going to this dentist for over a year and really enjoy the experience. I never have to wait long and staff is always nice. Its close to my work so it has been easy to make appointments without taking much time away from my day. Dr. Bailey has a great personality and is excellent at taking care of my teeth. Ive had general cleanings and cavities filled by Dr. Bailey. I highly recommend this dentist! Overall the staff is friendly, service is quick, they are reasonably priced, and provide good quality dental care.

Were my teeth cleaner? Yes. Was everyone friendly? Absolutely. Will I be going back? No. I never knew there was a wrong way to clean teeth but Ive never had so much of the gritty fluoride goo in my mouth as I did here. Additionally, the Dentist didnt discuss a few blips on my x-rays or mention my spotty enamel - Something that Ive been keeping a close eye on for years. Definitely not worth the overage I got hit with because their rates went over my coverage.

The staff, Dr Bailey and his team are always caring, kind, and professional. I had to have major, expensive dental work and they were all wonderful with answering my questions and seeing me short notice if I was having an emergency. Great overall family dentist and they accept Medicaid insurance which can be difficult in Durham.

Came into the their office as a walk in patient...Everyone was very kind in the office...The service here is great got my tooth extraction the same day... I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone who is in need of any dental assistance...I will be visiting them again in the future to get other dental work done!! :)

This is by far the best dental office Ive been to! Dr. Robert is very gentle, knowledgeable and professional! The whole staff is super friendly and make u feel comfortable during your whole visit!
