I have been to many dentists in this area, spending enough money in my mouth to have purchased a house. I have had good experiences, and I have had bad. I have never written a review about any, except for now. Meeting Dr Valencia changed that. She is wonderful! I am a hard critic, as I am a nurse, and think that all people that deal with patients should deliver excellent care to their patients. Dr Valencia goes way beyond providing excellent patient care. She is so kind and caring, and on top of it provides the best patient care that I have ever received as a patient. She is extremely knowledgeable. She involved me in my plan of care - giving me options. She always checked to see my comfort level. She was in constant communication with me in a difficult procedure. She explained what was coming next. And for those of you that are afraid of needles, like me, ask her to do the giggle in your cheek - I never felt a needle at all! I am so impressed with her and the staff . I will tell all of my friends and colleagues about the most amazing dentist that I have met. I am met with a smile when I arrive, taken back to the exam room by Carla, who works there, and she made to feel like a very important person. I was asked how I was from the previous office visit, and my answer was listened to with honest concern. Carla even checked on me after my visit - she is a great asset to this dentist office. Ericka, who assisted Dr Valencia, was also great. Know I really know the meaning of what people refer to as a "well oiled machine". I hope not, but if Dr Valencia would ever relocate to another office, I will follow her, without hesitation - SHE IS THAT GOOD! I am hoping that my friends read my post, because they know that what I say, I really mean it, or I just dont say anything. A HUGE THANK YOU TO A PLACE THAT HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS, AND WITHOUT A DOUBT MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS BUSINESS AS WELL!! Beth Diaz

Unfortunately I cannot provide a zero star quality on here. These people cant even properly file a claim with insurance. I have been dealing with them for months and keep receiving rejections from the insurance company for missing info. Thats after they failed to send the claim over several months on several different dates, which was confirmed by the insurance however I received a call back from them telling me that the insurance company told them it could just be in another department for months. Strangely enough on the occasions I knew a claim was filed for sure the insurance company has been prompt in rejecting due to the missing info each time within 2 weeks. The incompetence here is ridiculous. Their solution???? Pay out of pocket and wait for insurance reimbursement. Hmm I paid a significant amount of money for the first half of the procedure and now I am really wondering if I should have. Its a shame as the dentist herself is really nice. Did I mention I consistently get a check back from them for my childrens appts. after being over charged every time.

Although I had a long wait it was worth it.I.I had no insurance and they still pulled my tooth which was hurting awfully bad.They put me on a payment plan that I could afford and said if I had any problems with payment let them know.Mrs.Gay the finance lady was very nice in helping me.She also help me with my medicaid situation.I hadnt had anything to eat so before they administered any medicines at no charge they fed me so Wouldnt become sick.Ive never known a dentist office to feed you.They were really concerned about my well-being.Everyone treated you like they had been knowing you for awhile.I have no complaints and they also called to check on me later that night and the next day.Im afraid of the dentist but they made me very comfortable and no pain even after the tooth was pulled and the feelig came back I had no pain and didnt have to take anything.Iwould recommend them anytime.THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF THAT MADE ME SO COMFORTABLE.I LOVE YOU ALL********

I highly (HIGHLY) recommend The Happy Tooth Cosmetic & Family Dentistry!! Our entire family is seen at this office for all dental needs. Extremely professional and friendly staff and EXCELLENT service. When I call or walk into the office I feel at home! I know the staff by name and we have open conversations about our families and hobbies. Dr. Luz is very through and her recommendations for treatment are always the BEST! She is an amazing lady with a positive attitude and radiant smile ALWAYS! I wouldnt put my or my familys teeth on no one elses hand but Dr Luzs. Appointments are 100% on time, flexibility on scheduling appointments, and always willing to work with the client on payment options and plans. The name couldnt be more appropriate - HAPPY office, HAPPY team, HAPPY doctor and most definetely HAPPY clients! I love this place, and everyone I know have been recommended and also extremely HAPPY with the office, staff and service.

I had the worst experience ever at The Happy Tooth in Cary that I have ever had in a medical or dental office. I took my daughter to get four molars removed. I filled out all of the paperwork, gave it to the half-English speaking front desk person and she asked for my I.D. and insurance card. I provided it and very clearly asked if she needed anything else because I had to leave and run errands. She very clearly said okay. Twenty minutes later my daughter calls and says that I had to be there with her. I returned to Happy Tooth, and 10 minutes later I was advised that my daughter would be seen within 20 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and then I am pulled aside and told that the doctor will not be able to see my daughter after all. People who cannot clearly speak and understand English have no place in customer service, especially in a medical and dental office. I was clearly given the okay to leave and come back in an hour.

Worst dentist ever. Let me just say that I never leave reviews good or bad. I took my 8 year old son in to the dentist and receieved harrasing phone calls about a bill that had not been paid not even 30 days after the service had been performed. I get a nasty letter delivered certified mail from the post office telling us that "due to the differences in our dental treatment philosophies, we feel that we have been prevented from providing the necessary dental care to you. Therefore, it is best that you are dissmissed from our dental practice. What is that? I never disagreed with their policies. These people are downright nasty. I will be letting everyone about their disgusting practice. Ive never been treated so badly. Guess what you tricky bastards? I will not be calling your office to acknowledge any receipt of letter. You can kiss my ass.

I absolutely hate this office! I went in for a cavity fillings. I got my numbing shot and it didnt work. Dr. Moray COMPLETLEY ignored my pain and told me if it was the cold water there was no pain shot for that. When it wasnt that it was him drilling my damn teeth. On top of that they felt the need to talk politics the whole time while doing my teeth... Im a adult, and they have now mad me fear and be terrified to go to a dentist. I purposely missed my 2nd appointment for my fillings again, and then my check up and got a letter in the mail saying I cant ever go there again. GOOD! I DONT WANT TO! It was so so so Terrible, I will be finding another practice. And then my fillings werent even done right because he was to into talking about politics to do it right its uneven and bothering. Not on my recommendation list.
