I came in as a new patient a few months ago I had an emergency while i was here for vacation and I have to say I am extremely upset when i walked in. When I was filling my new patient forms out and talking with the lady up front I believe her name was Kathy. I had got a very bad vibe from her and she was very rude and disrespectful to me when I had questions to ask about insurance. Dr tiller was great and and so was all the other young ladies in the office.
