READ THIS FIRST!!!!!!!!!! This review is not written as a hateful rant against this company, but rather as a sincere warning to everyone who is considering making an appointment at this place. DONT DO IT!!! Very long story short, I saw Emily more than a couple of times as I needed to get through a hard point in my life. She never took any notes on anything I said, and it was obvious she did not recall what I had talked to her about the previous times. She never asked me in depth questions and it was apparent more than one time that she was just trying to pass time. She made me wait at least 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see me 85% of the time. She answered personal phone calls several times in the middle of our sessions. After I asked her to write me an EXTREMELY important report she straight up LIED to me saying she was going to write it that weekend/ that she had finished it/ and that it was ready to be picked up MULTIPLE times within a TWO MONTH SPAN! She eventually began ignoring my phone calls to her work phone and personal phone. She also began ignoring all of my text messages to both of her phones even though I was always respectful and even though I clearly mentioned how crucial that report was. I began calling the office and leaving messages with the secretary to both, the owner Dr. Morris AND Emily on a daily basis to please at the very least return my call. I called for about TWO weeks straight and could not reach neither one of them, nor did I EVER get a return phone call or text even though the secretary kept telling me she was personally delivering my messages to them. Finally after two months of requesting the report, I missed work to go back to the office where I saw Emily standing in the lobby. She completely ignored me and told the secretary to inform me that if I wanted her to write the two month old report that she had supposedly finished that I had to pay $300 for it!!!! (She clearly mentioned it was going to be at no cost when I initially asked her to write it TWO MONTHS prior to that) WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! It will stress you out and frustrate you rather than help you out. Dr. Morris and Emily are both very inconsiderate after you stop spending money there and very unprofessional at the least .

My son had an evaluation done several months ago. Because of my work schedule, I have not been able to go back in to get the results. We were referred to them for the evaluation through his regular therapist. When my sons therapist did the reference, I immediately filled out a consent to have all information shared with the therapist. On the day of the appointment, I filled out the paperwork provided by Agape and filled out another consent form requesting results be shared with said therapist. My sons therapist and I have been contacting them several times since and still my therapist has not received the results. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone, I was told they do not see the consent. I told them I filled out the consent form the day of the appointment and the therapist office has faxed their consent form several times since the evaluation was completed. Miraculously, the consent forms appeared. My hopes are that we will finally get the results, but I am doubtful. This location obviously needs some reorganization and help in efficiency.

After several reminders about needing the completed evaluation, I end up getting it a week LATE which caused me to have to reschedule an appointment that I needed the evaluation for. After sending a relative to the office, going myself, and calling over 30 times in one day, I find out that the answering service LIED and said the office was open. There were no signs posted to inform anyone that the office would be closed for a week or when they would be open again. I live 45 minutes away and dont own a vehicle. After finally speaking with someone and informing them of the importance of speaking with the evaluator to get clarity concerning the results...guess what???? LIED to AGAIN.....now I am waiting to see how long it will take to get the call back that should have happened a while ago....very unprofessional, very inefficient, very unsympathetic, very slim chance I will refer anyone here for services...

Dr. Morris is a great doctor, he does his assessments and testing very well. However, the customer service at the front desk is very very poor customer service. It sucks because I really like Dr. Morris but when Im treated with disrespect from the employees there, it really irks me. They always talk among themselves aloud when a client is clearly standing in front of them trying to be asked to get checked in and where to sign. Theyre tone of voice is rude as if I were bothering them in a way. The front area is but so big so I can hear just about every word said, they do not have good manners, and friendly service and they do not care about clients that are sitting up there in the waiting area that can hear every laugh and gossip they carry on with. I hope Dr. Morris fixes that.

Worst office I have ever taken one of my children to! Lie constantly about appointments and who you are going to see... told me I would be able to come for our second appt and 10 minutes before I left my house they called and cancelled. told me I would see the doctor every one of my 3 visits and did not see him once. Was told I would have my sons evaluation report in hand at my last appt.. I did NOT. Was then told it would be finished and mailed out the following day... its been 3 weeks and Ive not seen or heard from them or gotten my report. Will find another psychologist for my son and will make sure to tell my pediatrician about this awful experience so hopefully she doesnt refer any one else here.

I had a horrible experience and have good reason to post this. I made an appointment for my wife and I to get marriage counseling and I made it over a month in advance. On THE DAY OF the appointment I received a voice-mail that my appointment had been canceled, could I reschedule. My dentist doesnt ever do that, my doctor never does that, even my vet and the dealership I take my vehicle to dont; in fact I cant think of 1 time thats happened on the day of an appointment and on top of it all it was for marriage counseling. Dont use their services, find a clinique that makes and keeps their appointments and most importantly, one who notifies you in advance if there has been a scheduling issue.

For some reason this is posting under my husbands name, but I have nothing but good things to say about Meredith. Weve seen a few different family therapists before and she is great at recognizing the issues and giving helpful suggestions and is a genuine and enthusiastic person. My son can be difficult when it comes to therapy and he responds so well to her. So glad we found her!

My son was seen by Morris on several occasions. Sad to say I have no idea what occurred because Morris did nor get back to me with any results. This is January 26 2017, my son last appointment was I believe in October 2016. Ive called and Ive called, been promised a report yet nothing. I would never go back again nor refer anyone else there. Very very poor human services.
