My family have been clients for almost 20 years and have been extremely satisfied with the service and friendly atmosphere. But, recently my daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted & her medicine was not called in to the pharmacist. The pharmacist & I had to play phone tag a few times and even still the medicine she was supposed to take before surgery was not called in. So I had to pick it up after her surgery. I was told that they had "confirmed with me what I needed. I was surprised since I did not know what meds my daughter would need. Also, we have always had insurance, but my daughter has been trying to get insurance for 6 months now. So, I had to pay out-of-pocket for her surgery. I had talked to the staff before hand about setting up a payment plan but when I checked out I was informed that todays service was over $2,000 and in addition I had a balance of over $700. Actually I was ready to pay my balance which was $259, but one of my other childrens account was still waiting on insurance to pay. I had just received the bill for $259 3 days before the surgery and somehow in 3 days time it had increased to over $700. My problem is not paying this it was in how I was spoken to. There was NO consideration for the amount. I was also disappointed in how the pre-surgery was handled with my daughters medicine and how I was made to feel that it was my fault. On the plus side Dr. Wilharm and his assistant, Brittany, were amazing as always.

In the OKI office yesterday for cleaning and a crown. Could not have gone any better. Everyone was cheerful and friendly despite the gloomy weather. Cleaning and X-rays went like a charm. The whole process of removing an old filling and replacing with a permanent crown is absolutely fascinating. Watching the process of photographing the damaged tooth, building a perfect crown on a laptop and then seeing a new ceramic color-matched crown machined on a small 3-D printer-type machine in 5-6 minutes was a thrill even though it was the second time I watched it. Then placing it and tweaking it for a perfect fit was quick and completely painless. Then we sat in a private room, and worked out a very reasonable payment plan, and a plan for my next treatments. Dr. Harrington, and his team are great. To be able to walk out, go home and have a normal dinner a few hours later is a real joy. If you havent experienced the nice folks and the amazing technology at Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry, youve missed a very satisfying event! Its just a phone call, or a web visit away.

From the time I called your office until I headed home, it was a joy to be with your staff.The immediate attention from the receptionist in scheduling an appointment helped greatly in dealing with a toothache on our vacation. Every person displayed genuine cheerfulness that is rare in a sugary sweet counterfeit world. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Nicole and appreciated her professionalism that provided the dental care needed, and her interest in my life story, as well as sharing about her family. It made me feel like I had known her for a long time. Dr. Miller extracted my tooth and he did it painlessly, despite my apprehension before the procedure. Good job, Doc! Other points that I really liked: the gift blanket; the beautiful office (actually in both locations) and the Christian music playing in the background. I had a crown procedure performed yesterday by Dr. Michelakis and assisted by Stacy. I was amazed how fast the crown was made and put in. Two hours start to finish and the crown was perfect, feels and looks good. Dr. Tony and Stacy explained the procedure , answered my questions with honesty and professionalism. They made me feel comfortable and were attentive to how I was feeling (even though I had no pain ) and it was just a positive experience. I have had crowns in the past that took three appointments and about 6 hours total at my former dentist in NY. This practice is using cutting edge technology in making crowns and the digital x-rays they use are so much better than the old film process.Everyone in both offices are friendly and caring. The hygienist I have been using for two years, Paige, is outstanding. I have recommended your practice to several new arrivals to the area and the feedback is they are very happy with your practice. thank you all

Love the how friendly the staff are. You feel completely welcomed from the moment you walk in the door to the time you walk out. They take the time to get to know you and what your preferences are. Jenny is fantastic and so is Dr. Wilham they make sure youre as comfortable as you can be throughout the entire process. I would recommend anyone within the local community to go here! Not to mention, they accept care credit and take payments even if you dont have insurance! Thank you Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry for being the best in the business!

Its seems odd to say "Loved It" for a dentist visit with a drill involved, but within that context it was a "Loved it" experience. Susan got me all set up quickly and made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed during the short wait for Dr. Tony. It was a simple procedure but did involve Novocaine and a drill. I had absolutely no pain and it was all over with very quickly and efficiently. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating and I highly recommend Dr. Tony whenever anyone asks who my dentist is!

I always despised going to the dentist and get so nervous, but Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry changed that! They always have a smile at the front desk and everyone makes you feel welcome. Tina is my dental hygenist and she is awesome! She really cares about her patients and will explain what she is doing before she does anything. Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry is also very active in the community. If you are looking for a new dentist, check them out!

My favorite dentist in Brunswick county! Such a clean, nice, friendly environment. They always go above and beyond to meet your standards! (Actually, I just had a cleaning done today and already booked my 6 month appointment!) Also, I wouldnt mind two entries for the precious Yeti cooler that will hopefully be under my Christmas tree! But, if I do not win the cooler it wouldnt stop me from being a patient!
