The Purcellville office is extremely neat and clean and very easy to locate. Nancy, the front office receptionist is friendly, courteous and professional and she makes you feel very welcome with her kind smile. The dental hygienists were friendly and made you feel at ease. Dr Collazo was very compassionate and understanding of the frustrations that I had experienced with my previous dentist. I appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly explain my course of treatment and the best options available for my care. Although my treatment has a long road ahead, I feel as though I can take comfort in knowing I will receive nothing but the best of care from Dr Collazo and his staff at the Herbert Dental Group.

The dental care Ive received in the Purcellville office is top notch! Doctor Collazo has given me great feedback and a wealth of information on overcoming a specific dental issue as well as tips on having the best possible home care. For routine cleaning the hygienist is gentle, informative and friendly (as is the entire staff!) Clean office and convenient location! Herbert Dental is out of network for me but they submit the bill to my insurance and it still gets covered. So dont let an "out of network" label prevent you from trying them, you may get coverage too. So happy with their service!

What a nice change from the previous dentist that was here. The tech was so good at her job. She explained everything before actually doing it, was gentle and thorough. The dentist came in to check everything once the tech was done. Everyone is very pleasant here. A breathe of fresh air. They even took me back as soon as I arrived and kept to my appointment time. Cant wait to go back.

This is how a Dentist office should be. Friendly staff that makes you feel at home. Gentle approach with explanation of what to expect. State of the art equipment. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.
