Outstanding Dental Practice! Wilmington is fortunate to have Dr. Azizi and her staff. Dr. Azizi is a superior dentist trained in the latest technologies and procedures. Her staff is as equally competent and well trained. Additionally, every member of this practice is very friendly and welcoming, making a visit to Racine Dental Care a very pleasant experience! I am so happy that I found Racine Dental Care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking superior, yet gentle, dental care in a warm and friendly environment. I turned to Racine Dental Care when my 20 year old daughter wanted her teeth whitened by Zoom and our former dentist was not equipped to perform this procedure. My daughter was home from college for one week; the staff was very accommodating and fit her into the schedule on very short notice. My daughter had her teeth cleaned and examined prior to her Zoom appointment. My daughter claimed it was the best cleaning and most comprehensive dental examination that she ever had. In fact, Dr. Azizi detected five very early cavities. The Zoom appointment was scheduled two days later. My daughter was comfortable throughout the entire Zoom procedure. Dr. Azizi even filed down a front tooth that was uneven to improve the aesthetic appearance of my daughter’s smile. The results are amazing. Her teeth are beautifully white and her smile is absolutely radiant. I was so impressed that I decided to have Zoom myself. As with my daughter, I experienced an extremely effective and comfortable cleaning followed by a comprehensive examination. The examination included six measurements per tooth for gum recession and an efficient charting of each filling and crown. It was the most thorough dental examination that I ever had. Again, Dr. Azizi noted an early cavity. Shortly afterward, I was cleared for Zoom. The Zoom procedure was over before I knew it. I was relaxed and comfortable. My teeth are incredibly white and my smile is youthful again! It is reassuring to know that I have found a dentist who can meet all of my dental needs, from restorative work to aesthetic procedures. Anyone who is seeking a dentist who is capable of achieving outstanding results using the most advanced procedures, should consider visiting Racine Dental Care. Hands down, Racine Dental Care is the best dental practice in Wilmington!

Terrible dentist! I have have multiple experiences with Dr. Azizi and none have been good. She said that I needed to have multiple teeth filled. I had 6 teeth filled and one root cannal done before I left and found a good dentist. I later found out by my current dentist that teeth that she recommened needed to be filled, did not need work. My root cannal that I had to have done was caused by her drilling to far into my tooth and exposing the pulp, thus needing a root cannal (her fault not my neglect in good dental hygine). I had never had ANY problems with my teeth before I saw her, now 3 out of the 6 teeth she "fixed" hurt and have constant problems. The only reason I went to her in the first place because it was one of the places my insurance covered. I have co-workers and friends who have had similar problems with her. Get your teeth cleaned here but nothing else! She will preform unecessary procedures to make money. Save your teeth and your money!

Do not use this dentist. If I could give less than one star, I would. My husband and I used her and have had problems ever since. My husband, who knew he had cavities, used her to get fillings. He now has more pain in these teeth with fillings than before. Also, I had no pain before I went to her for a tooth cleaning. She told me I had two cavities and so I, being naive, went ahead and got the fillings for these two "cavities". Now, I have severe pain in these two teeth when eating and also with temperature sensitivity. Also, when she gave me the numbing shot, she did something wrong. I had horrible bruising and swelling on my cheek for about a week and a half after the fillings. Please do not use this dentist! I have not been to a dentist since and now I am fearful that I may have to get a root canal when I do go to one like the woman who left a review here as well.

I found this office based off the positive recommendation of a coworker. The office staff is super friendly and personable. Dr. Azizi is also a great dentist. During my initial cleaning, Dr. Azizi warned me of several problem spots and told me to make sure I was flossing so that they wouldnt turn in to cavities. At my first appointment, she found 3 cavities (I wasnt surprised lol) and I was scheduled to have them filled. The lady at the front desk provided me with a print out with an estimate of what my insurance would cover and what I could expect to pay at my next appointment which I thought was super helpful. I had the first filling today and everything went smooth. I felt no pain and she constantly checked on me during the entire process which I appreciated because I was a bit nervous. Her and her staff are very caring and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have found Dr. Azizi and her staff to be professional, pleasant and caring - very concerned about my comfort level which I greatly appreciate.. I first came in due to a chip on a tooth and she did a marvelous job. I had a filling on a front tooth that Dr. Azizi matched perfectly to my teeth and it feels very smooth unlike the botched filling another dentist did on the tooth beside it. I will be having her work her artistry and skill on that tooth as well. She helped with a gap near a crown that kept catching food. She made me a mouth guard which fits beautifully. Her staff is equally wonderful. Just yesterday I had xrays and photographs made. They were great about showing me photos of my teeth and where the troubled areas are located and I found that very helpful. I am so glad that my friends recommended Dr. Azizi.

First time to use Dr. Azizi. Had 1 filling...perfect. Also narrowed large gap on two front teeth using the bonding method. Cosmetically it was perfect the first time but had a few problems with one tooth chipping. Twice I went to have it repaired and RDC saw me immediately and took care of the issue without charge and with a pleasant attitude. At this time Im having no more problems. But if I do I have no doubt Dr. Aziz will stand behind her work quickly and professionally. I still have an issue to address with an old crown and I now consider her my regular dentist. Only reason not rate 5 stars is because of the chipping. However I definitely recommend her to anyone.

I found Racine Dental Care when my dental insurance changed a couple of years ago.The services provided are top notch and Dr. Azizi is very kind and gentle, frequently asking, "Are you okay?". Both my husband and I receive our dental care here and are very happy to give a review online to encourage others to call and schedule an appointment today. They work with me to make the most of my insurance which I really appreciate. Ive had several dentist in my life and I feel that this is the best one ever and I hope to stay with them a long, long time.
