Ive been going to Advanced PT for approximately 10 years. I have at least one herniated cervical disc that causes a variety of symptoms in my head, arms, and legs, including migraines and pain. When I first went to see Brian C., I was having trouble walking and doing daily activities because of the pain I was in. However, he quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me some simple, easy-to-remember exercises. Within a week I was feeling much better and within a few months I was able to make it through my normal day again. Over the past 10 years, Ive continued to go to see Brian (monthly now) and weve been able to manage the pain and other symptoms quite well. In fact, I went backpacking with my son in New Mexico (hiked ~75 miles with nothing more than the normal discomfort youd expect on such a trip) just two years ago. I have no doubt that without the excellent care provided by Brian that Id have required surgery and other invasive procedures just to get by. In addition, the support staff is excellent as well. Casey H is very quick to take me back to my room when I arrive and always greets me with a friendly smile. This is not the exception, as all of the staff is friendly and helpful, even though Ive only ever worked with Brian. I would highly recommend Advanced PT to anyone who needs physical therapy. Brian has also taken care of my wife (shoulder) and daughter (knee), and theyve both recovered from their injuries quickly. You will not regret visiting their office.

I have used Advanced Physical Therapys massage services for a few years as maintenance for prevention of reoccurring back issues and have appreciated their professionalism, knowledge, and skill. 2 months ago I had a TKR and began my rehab at Advanced Physical Therapy with Brian C. 2 days after surgery. My rehab has continued to progress each day and each week. Brian C is professional, friendly, motivating and reassuring during each session. A variety of equipment is utilized during each rehab session along with additional exercises and stretching. After each session Brian C makes certain all home exercises are explained and understood and encourages a call if I have questions. As a health care professional I have been impressed by the skill and experience provided during rehab while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere. In addition to the skill and experience of the therapists the Office Staff are all pleasant, friendly and helpful and it is impressive that they welcome and acknowledge patients by name during each visit. Thank you to all at Advanced PT for making my rehab journey a wonderful experience!

I have been a patient at Advanced Physical Therapy for several injuries. A few years ago I was treated for a herniated disc - I was in unbearable pain but Marc Douek was able to get me back in action. The treatment for the injury, plus the rehab exercise plan Marc put together for me made all the difference! I was also treated this year for a one broken wrist & another sprained wrist. Marc worked with me on dry needling, and also provided me with stretching exercises to help regain strength & range of motion. Absolutely recommend Advanced Physical Therapy!

I really liked my experience with the people at Advanced Physical Therapy. On the first day Andrew was able to help me alleviate the pain in my back that was plaguing me for weeks. Everyone there is very kind and friendly. They gave me exercises I could work on at home and each additional visits they introduced new exercises. Ive been going to Advanced Physical Therapy now for over 5 years now for various injuries. Brian C. has been great and been nothing short of professional. The facility is very clean, the equipment is always functional and the staff very courteous. I am able to get early morning appointments to avoid the rush hour commute to RTP. I was very impressed with the personable, caring staff at Advanced Physical Therapy. After I suffered a sports related injury, the physical therapist went above and beyond the call of duty to get me well enough to participate in a sporting event that I had spent a long time training for. After recently moving to Raleigh from Wilmington I had already been to a few other places so my knowledge of therapy was vast.
