I recently suffered a torn meniscus and my physician referred me to Tanas Physical Therapy for treatment. Little did I know at the time, that meeting Nabaila at Tanas Physical Therapy would be such a valuable experience. Thanks to her patience, guidance, and support I was able to implement the stretch and strengthening techniques that have enabled me to overcome the injury. I am now able to continue my normal daily routine. Nabaila, who has been a licensed physical therapist for more than 28 years, takes an individualized hands-on approach for each of her patients. She thoroughly evaluates her patient during each session and then develops a customized exercise plan and specific goals for that individual. I feel this approach was key to my own recovery from the painful injury. Nabaila is personable, knowledgeable and professional. Ive attended Tanas Physical Therapy for the past four years. I have fibromyalgia and assorted chronic pain issues, and the treatment and staff that Tanas provides are above the standard of other places. The usage of multiple techniques to alleviate pain and strengthen muscles gives me great relief whenever I go for a treatment. The staff are beautiful people, and I will be going here for as long as my life situation will let me.

Im a Vietnam Veteran and I had shoulder pain for a long time, I needed help with the pain, I was sent to Tanas Physical Therapy. My right shoulder is the worse. I had limitation with the right shoulder. They work with me with physical and massage therapy. Within 12 visits… the decreased limitation of my R. S. movement had increased. Great group of people to work with. I recommend Tanas Physical Therapy to anyone

Nabila is the best PT person in Raleigh-Cary area! I have terrible problems with trigger points and arthritis. She can get me back on my feet. Her excellent education in PT gives her a depth of knowledge and willingness to use that knowledge to help people. It is not just an in-you-go, and out-you-come formula PT experience. She gets to the root of the pain and works with you with joy and grace.

Unline 3 other PT places I have been too, I have finally gotten releif from my back pain with the help of Nabila and Panthi. Fantastic crew that focusses on your needs and combines it with not just excercises (that other places do) but also have hands-on work. Fabulous group and I recommend them strongly.

Both my son and I have received treatment at Tanas. They are very professional, courteous and yield unbelievable results.
