This dentist office is THE WORST DENTIST OFFICE IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL THE SCHEDULE COORDINATOR IS ONE OF THE RUDEST MOST RACIST WOMAN I EVER MET. I HAVE A 6 YR OLD CHILD WHO IS ALSO AUTISTIC THAT WAS IN SEVERE PAIN FROM A CRACKED CAVITY THAT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED. THEY REFUSED TO SEE FOR OVER A MONTH NEVER CALLED TO SCHEDUAL HER APPOINTMENT AND WHEN I CALLED I COULD NEVER EVER GET THROUGH. UNTIL FINALLY THE COORDINATOR JUST TOLD ME THEY DNT CARE HOW MUCH PAIN SHE IS IN THEY WILL NOT SEE HER I WOULDNT TAKE A DEAD RELATIVE MY DOG CAT OR NOTHING ELSE TO FRANK J COURTZ HIM AND HIS OFFICE IS THE EPICENTER FOR UNPROFESSIONALISM.

I took my two sons, 5 and 3, to Dr. Courts office for their first dental visit. I was nervous that my 3 year old would refuse to open his mouth, but the staff, hygienists and Dr. Miller were unbelievably wonderful. My 3 year asked if he could watch his brother first, and they graciously allowed it. Before doing anything to their teeth, the hygienists explained everything they were about to do, and let the kids try the tools out on their fingers to show them that it wouldnt hurt. We had the best experience!

My kids and I LOVE Dr. Courts! He has a heart of gold, he gets to know his patients and their parents. He talks with the kids on their level, becomes their buddy but still manages to be authoritative to make sure they listen and brush and their teeth! All of the staff is always helpful and kind! I remember as a child fearing the dentist and my kids do not have that experience, they are excited to go and visit with staff and Dr. Courts when it is time for an appointment and that is worth 10 STARS!

Took my son in for a teeth cleaning and to have x-rays done and I was very impressed. My son was not happy about going but once he met the staff he changed his thoughts on going to the dentist. The staff was very pleasant, professional, and very helpful in answering any question that I had. My son is already looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommend this dentist.

I have had a great experience Bringing my kids to Dr courts Office. They seem to be happy on each visit and that makes me happy. A beautiful smile goes a long way. Dr courts has aa great staff that answers my questions with a smile. I highly recommend for parents to bring their kids here.
