Place is a huge joke. When you got government insurance dont bother coming here. When I got pregnant and lost my job that provided my insuance and had to get government help they let me know just how awful they treat you. I went through 3 Doctors being passed around. One left the building, the other (Mark David) constantly was sending me to the hospital having me scared about my unborn childs health when EVERYTHING was okay. He didnt even know when my due date was or how far along I was! He kept saying I was the same week every time I went there! Then, my next doctor who I almost liked (David Biats) decided to not give me my postpartum vaginal exam eveb after I explained pains, even though he should have. I walked out without scheduling another appointment with these jokers and reported them to cleveland clinic for malpractice. Have fun!

Never will I step foot in this location again not only do they ask you come 30 minutes early only to have you in the waiting room over an hour past your appointment. Dr Lewis is very slow her front desk is clueless and the nurses act like that is the last place they want to be. Beyond horrible its was better when dr drake was there
