I have been going to Dr. Brunner for 10 years. Like the other reviewer I have also been on the DRX9000. However, I disagree with his statement that this treatment is "experimental" and he was not made aware of the costs. Not only did I sign a sheet that stated the DRX was not covered by my insurance, but I was verbally told by the Therapist before I was put on the machine. I researched the machine before I committed to the treatment. It is not experimental it is just not covered under insurance plans. I was even given the billing code and was able to call my insurance company to verify that they do not pay for that code. I even called other doctors in the city who offer this treatment and Dr. Brunners office was the cheapest and most reasonably priced that I found. This machine is a life saver!! I was literally sitting on a moving stool to get around because of the pain I was in. After only two treatments on the DRX I was 100% better. Dr. Brunner is very knowledgeable and just a very nice man. He is generally interested in my well being and I dont feel like I am being rushed by him when I discuss the issues I am having. He has a great staff who I enjoy talking to! I would recommend this office, treatment and Dr. Brunner any day!!!

They used an "experimental" machine that they claim is not covered by insurance and they wont submit it to the insurance when they were instructed to by my insurance company. They claim to have told me that this machine was not covered under insurance, at a charge of $50 per visit, 3 times per week for 2 months. I would have never agreed to that outrageous charge. That is practically a mortgage payment. I believe it was the DRX9000.

Best chiropractic dr I have ever been too. Would recommend anyone having back problems or neck problems to defiantly go see Dr Brunner . hes caring and very professional and cares about the issues at hand and helps with all aspects of the problem .paperwork and fmla . if your truely looking for a great Dr you came to the right place . sincerely Paul w

After 10 years of seeing a "regular" doctor, Dr Brunner actually made me feel better without drugs. Great sense of humor. Actually seems to care about his patients.
