I was a loyal customer to Dr. Sam for 2 1/2 years coming every week 1 to 3 times a week. I will give him 5 stars for his chiropractic skills but when it came to handling insurance issues, I give him a big "F". As long as I was paying cash out my pocket every month everything was fine. Once I wanted to use my flex spending card for insurance there was an issue. I had to contact the office several times trying to resolve the issue. After I spoke to Dr. Sam in person about the issue I believed he would get it taken care of and he dropped the ball twice after promising he would never forget again. I was told he had to get his insurance re-written and never heard from him again. I shouldnt have to chase you down for the information. Your insurance should already be up to par if you are accepting it. After never receiving the information, my insurance benefits was suspended and now I have to pay money back that I shouldnt have to. I referred my mom and she had issues with Dr. Sam using her benefits as well. My advice is just keep paying cash cause that is all he wants and is capable of handling. Its always about the money especially with 100% locations that are opening rapidly, there a franchise. Not your traditional chiropractic office so dont think they will handle your insurance needs like one, only want to set you up on these pricey payment plans for cash. I guess it dont payoff to be a loyal customer anymore. I will never frequent this office or any other 100% location, physical therapy is better anyway. Im very disappointed.

Stress and not being able to sleep were the main reasons why I decided to try chiropractic help. I am a very busy individual who needs to run at a hundred percent so pills and other methods were not an option for me. So what better place to visit then one thats called 100%?!... Because this was my first time seeing a chiropractor I was nervous, but Dr. Sam made it so clear and explain the process and results in a way that not only assured me results, but made me feel comfortable with someone adjusting my back. He explained exactly what we were going to do and the results I would be able to achieve. Ive been seeing him for two months now, I sleep like a baby, I am able to think clearly, pain and stress have lowered immensely. I am so happy to have found this place and suggest it to everyone. Definitely a great aquisition to mylife and I am confident that it will be for.yours ...

I am so thankful to Dr. Sam and 100% who keeps me firing on all cylinders. I travel a lot for work and I also work out pretty hard and without being adjusted regularly, there is no way I could continue doing what Im doing. Dr. Sam has experience with my workout philosophy, as such, he is uniquely qualified to keep my body running at 100%. Before chiropractic care, if I were to get injured, I would typically be out of the gym for about a month, maybe more. Now, if I injure myself, because of my regular weekly adjustments with Dr. Sam, I am only out for a day or two. I recover so much quicker. Everyone at 100% is professional, personable and they take a great deal of pride in what they do and for that and what they do for me, I am forever grateful.

Having two serious back injuries the first when I was 18, Visiting a Chiropractor is nothing new. But the key is to find one you feel comfortable with, get results from and is working towards a goal of health. With Dr. Sam and his crew at 100% you have just that! Friendly and welcoming office, Mary at the front desk makes you feel welcome and interested in you as a person not just another client coming in. Dr. Sam is very thorough with his review of your medical, Your history and his diagnosis after reviewing your xrays. he is also very open to share this with you. He is very evolved in the life and well being of his clients. Giving encouragement and advice. A very positive experience and i cant recommend 100% enough!

My whole family LOVES Dr. Sam and his office staff....Big Shout Out to Mary!! We are treated like family and everyone in the office genuinely cares about our chiropractic health and whats going on in our lives. My kids are very active with their sports and Dr. Sam makes sure they are in great shape to perform their best and Im in great shape to handle their busy schedules. This is really a chiropractic office for the whole family! Everyone is welcome and they are always happy to see you!

I have only been going for a month, but there was a big difference when I had my very first adjustment. I was able to sleep without that sharp pain. I travel to Atlanta to see my family often. I found Dr. Sam after a long weekend and my spine not feeling very happy with me. Dr. Sam educated me on chiropractic and how he can not only help me feel better, but more so to improve the quality of my life. 100% Chiropractic seems like so much more than a chiropractors office. Dr. Sam is very thorough in your care, explaining everything along the way, even giving tips to help improve your overall health. Its a very welcoming, relaxed, family-oriented environment as well. Before starting care here, I used to have headaches more often than not, 4-5 times per week. Now I cant even remember the last time I had a headache!

I absolutely love to come to 100% Chiropractic. The staff is always pleasant and happy to see you. Everyone is so professional and eager to make you feel at home and help you any way they can. Dr. Sam is an awesome chiropractor and really cares about his patients. I have been to many chiropractors in the past and he is one of the best. I hope he stays around for a long time.

2 months into our long term wellness plan, neither my wife nor I have had a migraine. Their plan at 100% has worked where all other doctors, their blood tests and their pills have failed. Health insurance companies need to get on the stick and start covering chiropractic care.
