This used to be a phenomenal place, and I recommended it to so many people as a pastor over the years. They were a great help and had been a great help to me on a number of occasions. But they have downgraded to the point that they dont even have nurses. Theres a sign that says to take care of your urgent needs. But they cant help but the simplest urgent need. Ive gone over twice in the last 4 months only to be told to go to the emergency room which costs a tremendous amount of money. They were simple things like a UTI. I was refused to be seen after waiting at one point for 30 minutes in a waiting room before even being addressed. There was no one there. They thought I was waiting for a gentleman and I wasnt. They were joking about him to me is if I knew who he was because he had been acting strangely. I had no idea who the gentleman was. I was very sick. I did finally go to the emergency room at great expense. Today before they refuse to help me for a very simple procedure I saw a woman leaving weeping. I wondered if she had the same experience.

This is a very poorly run operation! I have been rescheduled 3 times. It is unconscionable that it is almost February and my original appointment was in October. I was going to change practices after the 2nd rescheduling but was reassured that they would keep this appointment. I am taking my business elsewhere and am sharing my experience with every potential patient I meet to make sure no one else has the same experience. If they can not manage their schedule how can I possibly trust them with my medical care?

I had a procedure at Christ Urology. Just short of 2 weeks, and would "never recommend" them. Ive seen this doctor for going on 8 years, Im suffering from a debilitating conduction. I have left several messages, with the doctors nurse and doctor that performed this operation. Its now been 7 days with no return calls. Im in excruciating pain. And they could care less.

My doctor takes great care of me. The staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place has been caring and empathic towards me and my condition. They have resolved it.
