I used to enjoy the fact I had a decent walk in clinic to go to whenever sickness took hold. A little over a year ago they had a problem with billing and stated I owed co pay payments from previous visits. Stated that we would look into it and either pay or waive the charges. After my visit I was told I owed the money then instead of waiting to see if the charges were correct or not. They stood in my way and stated I could not leave until I paid for charges they werent even sure I owed. Turns out I didnt owe anything and was harassed for nothing. Mind you I was very sick at that time and instead of focusing on care they wanted money for charges I did not owe. Now as of today I go in after the last horrible experience a little over a year ago . I recever good care and they were very nice however I sat in crossville to wait for my prescriptions, because I live a decent distance from the pharmacy. I waited over an hour and checked at the pharmacy. The pharmacy said they had received no orders from exac care. Now I had to call them back spend 15 minutes on hold for them to send them again and wait another 30 minutes to get them filled. Who ever is running this clinic is running it into the ground. It use to be a pleasant experience as far as being sick can be.I will be using another clinic from now on and I suggest others to do them same if you habe experienced like events.

I am very impressed. Ive had my share of walk-ins an most are acceptable at best and others I asked if I accidentally walked into a veterinary clinic by the way I was treated. When I walked into ExacCare the first thing I noticed was it was clean and well laid out. The Staff is nice and laughed at my corny jokes, the Doctor is nice and actually listened to me and my concerns, I hate hospitals and try everything to avoid them. Would I go back? Yes. Would I suggest it to my friends? Yes.

Very helpfun. Ive heard alot about people saying the crossville doctors suck well guess what not this place. This younger guy helped me so much with my kidney stone and got me the medicine that helped me pass it same day and saved me thousands from a ER visit and scan. Please give this place a try. Go early to avoid waiting. If its something minor try this place. I would rate 5 out of 5.

Website says theyre open until 5, but when I arrived with strep throat at 4:55, they were no longer taking patients. If you stop taking patients before 5, you *are not open for business until 5*. I hope theyll change website to reflect actual hours of operation so that others wont make a panic 30- mile drive for nothing, as I just did.

Unable to print pre registration forms off website. Receptionist told us oh yeah that happens sometimes. If you know there is a problem..fix it?! Took 1.5 hours from entrance to exit. Took 50 minutes at the ER for same problem 2 days later. For us not a good experience.

Being new to Tennessee it is very hard to find good doctors. This Urgent Care is exceptional in caring and or referring to other doctors. Office staff is very pleasant and kind. A+
