Went in with acute upper respiratory infection, difficulty breathing and elevated blood pressure and the doctor put a diagnosis code for "cough" which got my claim denied by insurance company. Either the doctor was stupid, uncaring, untrained in the importance of correct coding or was just completely unconcerned about the importance of coding correctly for the benefit of the patient. In any case it has caused me to spend hours on the phone with the insurance company, hospital business office and medical records. So, if you go there, be sure to talk with the doctor about what code will be applied and make sure it fully reflects your condition and treatment. Completely unimpressed with this whole place. Nurses good, but docs not really sufficiently engaged.

I have never had such horrible experience at a emergency room in my life. I go in for a horrible tooth ache, around 2 am . I kindly asked if there was anything they could do for me, the one woman at the desk was beyond rude and stated there was nothing they could so and I had to leave. I asked for her name and she refused to give me it. The whole staff was playing around throwing paper airplanes at each other. We are talking about professional medical assistances here. Ugh. I am so sadden that such a place exist where I am asked to leave because I asked if they knew any place who could help. And I was refused the womans name. Disgusting, rude, and ridiculous. I will NEVER go there again .

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The staff is rude. When I went in in February the nurses AND doctor were extremely rude. They made me have a pelvic exam with the room door open because it was 5AM and "no one else would probably be there" that was more than enough for me to realize this place is awful. Both times Ive been there Ive given them my insurance cards and months later when I would get my bills they were sky high because nothing was sent to my insurance company. Youre better off just making the trip to Cincinnati if youre able to!

Went to ER with a deep laceration to my finger. They were prompt getting me to a room. They were also very friendly and tentative and made sure to be careful as I was in pain. The doctor was very patient as stitching my finger took quite a while with the bleeding. I have been there once before and didnt have any problems with insurance or filing a workmans compensation claim. I had the opposite experience from the other two reviewers. I guess some people just like to complain. I owe them a lot of thanks because they literally saved my finger.

On the night of 09-24-2016 I was taken here with severe chest pains. I was expecting it to take a few minutes to be seen but I was taken directly to an exam room. It was immediately determined that I was having a heart attack. The quick action, knowledge and professionalism of the staff saved my life that night. I will forever be thankful to all those who were caring for me.

If I could give zero stars I would the doctors r the rudist I ever seen in my life I dont care if I am almost dead I would not ever come back here because of the doctors I seen here talk to me so rude I hate this hospital
