I really like Dr. K and Sara, the hygienist. It is the billing department that is worrisome. I have been a patient for 2 years. My very first appointment was with new insurance with a new job. I didnt see a bill for over 7 months and it was incorrect (Andrea in billing told me they were backed up on their billing, not my problem). Since then I have been going back and forth providing documentation for my insurance plan and being told they are resubmitting all while sending me overdue bills. Ive finally had enough. I am paying their "introductory rate" even though nothing should be owed and finding a new dentist. For all the trouble Ive had its amazing they wont just write it off. I sincerely hope Dr. K will find better billing staff so as not to lose more patients.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Dr. K and the wonderful staff at Capital City Dental. Im a dental wimp - sweaty palms and nervous stomach for all procedures - but Dr. K has totally earned my trust - she takes the time to listen to me and to explain whats going on. The front office staff helps me navigate my insurance plan and keeps me on track. Last week, I got a call late Friday afternoon on my way home...I figured it was a billing problem. Nope, it was Dr. K, making sure my rather intense session that morning wasnt causing any pain. I have never had a dentist or doctor make a follow up courtesy call...ever. I liked my previous dentist, but I love Dr. K and crew!

I was recently a patient at this practice, but moved and was forced to find another provider. Somewhere in the mix, my insurance company (MetLife Dental) decided that they wanted to not pay the bills due to their own clerical errors. Andrea in the office was super helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue, by making several calls to the insurance provider and corresponding with me via email, phone, and fax. Shes the stuff that customer service legends are made of. Five Stars to Capital City Dental, and -8 stars to MetLife Dental.

Ive been going to Capital City Dental for a few years now. Its always very clean and the staff is very friendly. Ruth the hygienist is really nice and very gentle. Jessi is super sweet and also very gentle. Dr Katwani is a warm, gentle, caring and a personable Dentist. She cares about your needs and concerns and will answer any questions you may have. Very pleased with the dental work shes done. I Love calling this place MY dentist office and highly recommend it.

I know it says Isaac but my name is Kaitlin, and I just want to say I love Dr. Tam! She is a very gentle and nice dentist. Never have fear or anxiety of the denstist anymore because she is my dentist. I recommend capital city dental to anybody, and the staff up front are so very nice and can always get me in when needed, thank you again soo much!!!!

My experience was amazing! I am a very fearful patient with high anxiety, but Dr. Szana made all of those fears go away. He and his staff were very gentle and kind to me. They worked on me and I was completely comfortable. I would Highly recommend this office! And the location is great, so easy to get to from any area of town.

I am getting my orthodontic treatment from Dr K. Ive always had a great experience at her wonderful office. Dr. K is very caring and knowledgeable, she has a very gentle hand and I have never felt pain or discomfort during or after the treatment. I would recommend her any time!

Dr. Kotwani is the most caring and gentle dentist. She takes the time to thoroughly explain necessary treatment and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of dentistry. I wouldnt trust my smile to anyone else! Her staff is amazing as well!
