I was searching for a new dentist and received the value-Pac, with a coupon. There were several dentist in the same Pac but I liked that Beechwold had a self-sponsored dental plan alternative. I thought it was nice and thoughtful in todays insurance climate and they were of a community mindset. The appointment was great from the receptionist, technician and Dr Fink. Everyone was friendly and professional.They did a through exam and discussed my mouth health and where improvement could occur. Dr. Fink, did the actual cleaning. He took the time to review my x-rays with me and discussed possible future treatment. He took the time to answer ALL my questions. I didnt feel rushed. The facility was clean and modern and the equipment appeared up to date to me. Overall, great experience and conveniently located. They have appointments that are available outside of business hours. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Fink. Beth K.

The staff is superb! Dr Fink is phenomenal! I walked into my first appointment (new patient) and was greeted exceptionally pleasantly. There was an issue with my insurance (arg, insurance companies) but they kept on it, and took care of everything. Not only did I receive a cleaning as well as Xrays, I had several cavities filled and a filling replaced. Day one! And I was made to feel like I was the only patient there, their top concern, and a member of their family. Dr Fink himself was reassuring, honest, confident, and quick. Not only did I find a new dentist and a super caring environment, but I believe a friend and someone who will take care of my teeth for a very long time. Thank You and my highest praise to Beechwold Dental Care!

I have now had 3 appointments with Dr. Fink. I find him to be both a gentleman and highly ethical in his approach to dental care. By "ethical", I mean that he doesnt try to put fillings where they arent needed? Twice now he has said to me, "I could fill it but its really not necessary." Whens the last time you heard a dentist say that? My previous dentist always seemed to be upselling. Dr. Fink can be trusted to tell a patient the truth about whats needed or not? Also, the office operates very efficiently. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I expect to be going back to Dr. Fink for years to come! From a new patient perspective. This practice is great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Fink cleaned my teeth. Then took the time to provide and explain a treatment plan, answering all my questions. I never felt pressured - everything was my choice I couldnt be happy with the results of the work preformed, and the practice in general. If you need a Dentist - Beechwold Dental Care is the place.

The receptionist was kind until she found out I had state insurance. She became rude and eventually called back and told me she was cancelling my appointment because I missed an initial over 2 years ago! She cut me off in mid sentence when I tried to explain why and told me "yeah well we cant see you ..sorry" then hung up on me. If you have low income or state insurance please save yourself the disrespect.

This is the nicest staff of any dental practice I have been to. They are personable, professional and work so well together. It is a pleasure to come here and I am so pleased to have found a place where I am comfortable and confident in the skills of the staff as well as the Doctor. I highly recommend them without reservation.

He does a good job. How receptionist is a sweetheart, and shes so efficient. Shell give you a call when you need an appointment, scheduling is easy.
