Extremely poor customer service. Called the facility on a Tuesday and asked if they had a Typhoid Vaccine. I was told they did by the receptionist. Took the time to visit the facilities, and upon arrival was told they did not have the vaccine.. But it would be in on Wednesday. I called at 11 am on Wednesday. The receptionist had no idea about any Typhoid shipment coming in... She seemed to not even know what Typhoid was, and even more ignorant about the English language itself. She asked for me to call back periodically throughout the day. After calling back twice I left my number so I could be contacted. I cant just randomly call all day. I Was called by the receptionist and asked what immunization it was I needed... Seriously? I told her Typhoid, then she said oh I need to check the fridge Ill call you right back. After half an hour I called back. She STILL hadnt checked the fridge. About a half an hour after that I get a call from the Nurse Practitioner. (Super official) She tells me we do not have the Typhoid vaccine. Seriously it takes 48 hours to tell me you dont have something in stock? Nice groceries, poopy clinic.

Just left from my son being seen after not being seen by the Minute Clinic in Grove City. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and she told us about the wait time and that we could get our place in line and when to be back. All worked as planned. Also the provider was very nice and my son said he would just like to see her from now on. They took great care of us and would highly recommend based on our experience today.

By far the worst Little Clinic Ive ever been to. Sign in online and it says 11:10 am I should see someone. Arrive early and they tell me they are "behind" and it will be another 45 minutes. The lady at the desk is overwhelmingly rude. This same exact experience happened 2 weeks ago when I was here. Avoid this clinic at all costs

The receptionist I spoke with tonight was terrible. She told me they had 1 more slot available but someone else just called about that slot so "it would be a race" to see who got there first. Horrible way of doing business. Dont waste your time.

Ive never encountered a problem when I go. Sometimes the waiting list is long but I usually in and out with in 1 hr at most. The receptionist and Nurse Practicioners have always been kind and easy to talk to.

Always have good service and nice people when we visit the clinic. Nice to have a place close to home for working families that cant get into their family doctor.
