Been here about 800 times for sports physicals. Never had a problem. The reason for the star deduction is my son had a sore throat. I took him there she said his throat looked fine and asked me if a wanted to give my son a quick result strep test....umm of course I do. So that came back negative. I was then asked did I want her to do the other strep test that goes to the lab to verify he doesnt have strep. I said yes. Before giving my son the test she told him to remember that she didnt recommend it and that I was being a little silly in asking for it. Well, it came back positive. When the nurse called back (the Dublin nurse was filling in for the Maxtown Rd nurse) she had told me they have had a lot of labs strep tests come back positive after the quick result test was negative. If the nurse in Dublin had this information I just feel like the Maxtown Rd nurse should know this as well and not DETER people from double checking but should encourage them to do so.

I was misdiagnosed. The nurse practitioner did not help me at all. I will never return to this clinic next time I need help I will go to a real urgent care.

I had a bug bite that had swollen to the size of a softball. I was turned away because it was too close to closing. Will never return again.
