Ive taken my 5 yr old son to Dr. A for over 2 yrs now. I made an appt for a routine cleaning in 1/2017. Something came up and I was not able to make the appt. I respectfully called the office the day before the appt to cancel and reschedule. After being on the phone for approx 5 mins, I was offered the soonest available appt for 2/2017. I have it set-up to receive appt reminder texts approx a few days prior to his appt. after not receiving one, I called to f/u. Was informed they NEVER rescheduled my sons appt for Feb like they stated they would. They (as in Tami "1") further stated that theyre showing in their system my son was a "No Show" back in January. I explained everything that I had done and what they were claiming was completely false. After a lot of negotiation and sadly begging... they said they could not squeeze my son in until April.. barring in mind hes now 4 mos over due for his cleaning. I asked them if they could please send a message to the doctor explaining the situation and to request an accommodation to be made since it was a fault on their part and his negligent staff. Again was denied this request. Once seen in April the staff again was very rude at the desk. Snapped at me bc I didnt know their check-in computers were touch screen, even though theres a mouse and keyboard in front of the monitor. Dr. A gave me a hard time about refusing an X-ray bc my son has medical issues and has had a lot of head radiation in his life time and do not want to subject him to any additional unnecessary exposure. Im a nurse and well educated in this dept. and know it is my right to be his advocate. He felt other wise. They also charged my insurance for a fluoride treatment he never received. This practice is poorly run. They have negligent staff that cant do their very *simple* job.. and Dr.A only cares about making $$$. Maybe instead of investing all of their $$ into stickers on the walls.. they should hire competent staff and Dr.A be more respectful of parental advocacy.

I made an appointment over a month ago for my 2 sons to be seen with a referral from our current dentist. We got to the appointment 15 minutes early and we werent taken back to the room until 40 minutes after our appointment started. The girl at the front desk gave me an attitude because I was having trouble filling out the forms on their computers. Once taken back to the room the dental assistant asked questions with her back to us and filled out her paperwork for about 10 minutes. Then she turned around and just stared at us. It was really uncomfortable. I asked her how long she thought the doctor would be and she got irritated and said, "well, he has 8 rooms so we have to wait our turn". So 1 doctor with 8 patients at once and we have to wait our turn when we made an appointment over a month ago? I told her we would wait 5 more minutes and then we would have to leave. She again got an attitude so I said, we would like to leave now. At the front counter I asked for my referrals and exray photos back and again I was confronted with rudeness. The dentist come over to us and said we could stay and he would see us, and I let him know we would be leaving. So he said, "whatever, go then". Seriously? Did I just experience this? Did I just take my 2 younger children to daycare, get my boys out of school and come here early for this appointment? The place is decked out with about 9 game systems, expansive wall murals, check in computers, leather chairs, etc. It seems to me a lot of money is being made here especially with 1 doctor and 8 rooms. I will not be part of any place that treats new patients, or any patients like this. I dont understand how 1 doctor runs this whole place? Seems to me like they are just taking peoples, and welfares money and setting up as many appointments as possible. I highly recommend that you do not take your children here.

I have 4 children, my oldest is 14. I have been coming to Dr. A for 13 years. He is kind, funny, and nice. But......looks can be deceiving. After telling him I wasnt going to get my two children x-rays, his whole demeanor and attitude changed. I told him I dont feel it is necessary to subject my children to unnecessary radiation. If one of my children was experiencing a problem, then sure. Take an x-ray. But routine x-rays.....no. Its all about money. He proceeded to tell me he wouldnt feel comfortable going that long without x-rays, (it had been 3 years), and he explained the legality part of it, which I completely understand. I said I was willing to sign a form stating I wouldnt hold him, or his office responsible. He then told me, there is no form! Really?! So type one up! Its your practice! I could tell he was not going to see eye to eye with me, so I just shut up, sat back and let him do his little rant. I told him, look, Im here for a routine cleaning. Thats it. If youre not going to clean my childrens teeth, I will leave. He leaned forward, shook my hand and said it was good to see you. And that was that. 13 yrs. Of coming to him, 3+1 pts. I referred to him, and just like that, goodbye. It really bothered me. I loved Dr. A, but I love my children more, and Im not going to subject them to unnecessary radiation, when I dont know what their future has in store for them. Goodbye Dr. A.

My children and I LOVE Dr. A. and his staff! Ive always been treated in a friendly manner by everyone in the office. His staff is always helpful in explaining things; whether its an insurance question or a question about my childrens teeth. Every time we walk into the place; we are made to feel welcome. My kids dont want to leave!!

Dr. Armanazi has taken care of all 3 of my children, including my college aged daughter who had braces. (Her teeth are perfect). He is kind, empathetic and fun! His knowledge and expertise are exceptional, I would HIGHLY recommend him and his staff. The environment is welcoming for children, and takes any fears away.

My son has autism so going to the dentist no matter where we go is going to be difficult. But that being said, Dr Armanazi and his assistants are the most supportive and compassionate people. They do their very best to make it more comfortable for all of us. We love them!

I was shocked to find out that none of my children can never see Dr. A because I cancelled an appointment for my daughter over two years ago. Wow! I cant believe thats how he runs his practice. Very disappointed.

The girls & office are great. The dentist is horrible. Terrible attitude, racist, rude.
