Dr. Joel Richards and his staff are second to none! The staff is friendly, caring, and enthusiastic. Dr. Joel Richards is one of the best pediatric dentists that Ive had the pleasure of working with. He has great patience and guidance; that calms and soothes even the most nervous patients. He will explain each step of the appointment process to the parent and child. Dr. Joel Richards answers all questions; which makes the guardian and child more comfortable with his care and services. He is a very knowledgeable individual and is constantly learning. I recommend Dr. Joel Richards to my family and friends because he is truly the best.

Dr. Joel Richards is fantastic. He was able to do a filling on my 3 year old and it couldnt have gone any better than it did. No tears, no whining, nothing. My kid cant wait to go back! Such a great place to take your kids to get their teeth cleaned and checked. Its is a fun and clean atomsphere with an iPad bar in a tree house! Not to mention they have tvs above the chair while the cleaning is taking place. Dental assistant Emily and Dr. Joel Richards are a great team that make the experience fun!

Dr Joel is the best pediatric dentist I know, not because we were classmates back at OSU years ago, but my kids really love him, the staff and the whole office. My daughter got fillings and one crown done without getting a needle and she didnt complain at all. Highly recommended!
