Falcon Physical Therapy got me back to being able to do what I love! I had a great experience at this clinic and highly recommend it. The staff is professional, the facility is clean & well-equipped, the treatment program was excellent, and I felt like I was truly cared about. I may be odd in this aspect, but I was sort of sad when I was discharged from therapy. I enjoyed going to the clinic because I knew that I was getting myself back to health while I was there. A little bit of background on my injury. I was hit by a car while in a cross-walk, fractured my tibial plateau (knee), and had ACL avulsion. I had reconstructive surgery that involved several screws and a plate on my knee as well as ACL repair. I spent three months on crutches following surgery. I did some therapy at another facility immediately after the surgery, but when I relocated, I switched to Falcon. While at Falcon, I went from being barely able to walk to returning to being active, which is what I love. Whether you are an athlete trying to return to sport or a person trying to have less pain throughout a normal day, Falcon can get it done, as they did with me. This all goes without saying, you NEED to do the exercises they prescribe at home to make real gains.

Well i hate doing bad reviews but this is one of them. the therapist really dont seem to have a real interest of your problem and after telling other therapist, Drs, chiropractors and pretty much everyone who has REAL knowledge in the field of back issues couldnt belive what they had me doing, after going here i needed surgery (cant really say i didnt need it anyway but the 2 months of heavy pain was a wasted effort). they had poor methods and didnt focus on the real problem i had and i show zero improvement after the 2 months i went. I urge you to look elsewhere unless you have only a minor issue then MAYBE they can help you. out of the all 4 P.T. places ive been this one was by far the worst, no other place told me to push through hard pain while doing exercises, soreness pain is ok and different then nerve pain which i had and i guess they didnt really care even after telling them it was sharp pain.

Nobody knew what they were doing, seemed like they were straight out of college. Was being bossed around by an overweight twenty-something thinking to myself this girl probably couldnt even see our touch her feet trying to give me a hard time, it was not motivation, just jealousy in action-sorry for not being fat. The main therapists even told me she had to look up some medical terminology out of here college text book. I am like WTF, you put some cheap right out of college labor here, and they are going to screw up my post surgery; they did. I cut my losses; they still raped my insurance though. Had to fight and fight to prove they were charging for sessions I never attended as was allocated. More crooks in medical field. At what point do you need not know anything about medicine and only how to rip-off us Americans for their insurance and their paychecks? DISGUSTED, DONT GO HERE!

I worked with Caitlin at falcon for some issues I was having. She was amazing!! I have worked with doctors and chiropractors and no one was able to help, until Caitlin!! She really took her time and gave me a full assessment. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. My problem was resolved in about a month and I have been able to return to sport pain free!! I cannot say enough good things about falcon physical therapy and the therapists, especially Caitlin!! I would recommend falcon to anyone who needs physical therapy for any reason.

Caitlin was my PT for over 6 months. Recovering from a trimalleolar fracture (ankle) and being non weight bearing for almost 10 weeks, she taught me to walk again!! Not only did she work with me to gain my strength physically, she helped me mentally recover from my injury. I looked forward to my therapy each week. It was an emotional year but with the dedication of Caitlin and Falcon Therapy, I am not just walking but am back to running and beginning to train for a half marathon again! I wouldnt be where I am now without her!

I had a very bad hamstring injury that was not getting better...I decided to begin PT. I can assure you that you will be given great and compressive care here! Not only did they take care of my hamstring, but they also looked at other issues that were causing me discomfort and helped with those as well. I finished up my PT with much better range of motion and no pain. I recommend Falcon to all my family and friends.

Caitlin is absolutely amazing. After years of pain and stiffness in my neck and trying injections, chiropractic care, etc., she was able actually give me lasting relief. She is so knowledgeable and professional, and the other staff is all very friendly as well.
