The physical therapy consult with Mark Tonkins was very good. I saw immediate results! The building set-up is somewhat bad as its not very accessible (equipment everywhere!). It was very difficult for me to get in and out of the wheelchair ramp entrance. The reason I will not go back to this facility for further assistance is due to the way the office is run. Be careful how much you and your insurance company get charged!! A sincere "Im sorry" would have gone a long way but since the office manager was completely unapologetic when confronted with the situation my instincts were setting off alarms like crazy. And then she even tried to convince me to schedule another appointment knowing my Rx was expired (insurance would not have covered it - and I would be billed in full). Seems like either they really need money or there are questionable business practices (or both). My advice... if you go here youll probably enjoy the therapy but just be very careful with the $ aspects.

Thank you, Mark and staff!! You have been there for me off and on now for five (5) plus years. After having two (2) open back surgeries, rod, screws,cages and fumar bone, I believe I am quailified to make these statements.Not one time have you ever given up on me. Gave me hope and the courage to go on even though the pain has been unbearable at times. I have been sent to other physical therapy centers here in town/county, but after one visit I always tell my Doctors I want to return to Coast. Why? Hands down, they know what they are doing there. After only a few weeks I am feeling better and stronger. They all treat me with diginity and respect but at the same time are light hearted and full of joy. Laughing with you about life and the things that happen to all of us. Trust me on this one, you will happy you tried Coast Physical Therapy. Thanks again and see you soon! Connie Cook

Jess has helped me so much! Personality plus! Everyone is so friendly! Patients needs are always first. Ive been to other local PT places. ... I will recommend this business over any other!
