Late afternoon, Dr. Kwon accepted me as a referral from another Dentist on short notice when that provider had no availability. His office offered me an appointment at 7:00 am the next day. Upon arrival all my paperwork was pre-arranged for completion. The office setting is clean,neat and organized and the staffs demeanor is exceptional. I received an estimate beforehand of what my insurance would cover verses any out-of pocket expense. As for the procedure, Dr. Kwon listened to my concerns, reviewed my medical history, took x-rays and explained findings. Then he offered choices of treatment. It made me feel valued to know he allowed me to take part in the process and together we developed the best solution. I chose to get a root canal, and the service was nearly pain-free, it has been a day since and I can talk easily and require minimal, if any, medication. Thank you, Dr. Kwon and all of the staff who helped me.

Why is it so hard to find a good dentist? I have been to more than a few and had less-than-satisfactory experiences at most of them. Kwon Dentistry completely exceeds my expectations. I have not had to wait for more than a couple minutes past my appointment time (a few minutes is absolutely understandable). I have felt completely attended to. At other offices, I have spent a lot of time sitting in the chair, waiting for long period of time (45 minutes) while they were attending to other patients (obviously over-booking appointments). I absolutely love that they do CEREC crowns. It takes one visit to get the whole thing done, rather than having to wait a few weeks for the lab to make the crown and having to get childcare for multiple appointments. The hygienest was very thorough and friendly. My teeth have never felt so clean! Dr Kwon provides expert care. Love this place! So glad I found it!

Dr. Kwon and his staff are excellent! I started with him a few years ago. I needed a lot of workas I neglected my mouth for a long time. We worked out a plan and things are so much better today. The crew there is awesome. Up front Nancy is very friendly and knows her way around insurance and billing. This really helps as she saves me money. Heather does all my hygiene work. Firm and gentle. And lastly, Dr. Kwon is great. He can do it all in his modern office. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with helping me stay on track with my dental health.

Dr. Robin Kwon is so personable. Our Family has been going to his office for several years now. Most everything is done in office including Crowns. You do not have to put a temporary crown on and wait for a permanent one to be made. He makes them and they are made to fit your personal tooth via computer Technology and pictures. His advanced methods save time and pain. He is also top notch at numbing, the first Dentist that doesnt have to give me several shots to numb. He is also very gentle, his Team is all very welcoming.

A great experience. The staff are courteous and very well trained. Dr. Kwon and his assistant are experts at what they do. My expectations of suffering through an ordeal didnt happen. I like Dr. Kwon and his staff. I go to Dr. Kwons office because I know that I am going to get the personal attention from each and every staff member. Dr Kwon is a very nice guy and a good dentist, he actually takes the time to listen to what you have to say. While conducting the procedures he gives you his undivided attention and he is careful and gentle during the procedure. I highly recommend him for your dental needs.

Best dental office I have been to in years. I used to hate going to the dentist. Every time I got my teeth cleaned, my teeth would hurt. At this dental office, I have yet to have any discomfort. My 11 yr old daughter had her first experience with have a tooth pulled. She was taken care of with special care. She says she enjoyed it . It didnt even hurt. She loves her dentist and enjoys going.
