This place has very poor communication and customer service with its clients. I scheduled my two small childrens first dental appointments with this clinic and was called by the clinic two different times to reschedule because the dentist was not going to be available. Then a month later when I finally came in for my three year olds first appointment they asked me if anyone had notified me that she had to go in BY HERSELF because my 1 1/2 year old was not allowed to come back with us. Not one person had notified me of this during the multiple times I had spoken with the clinic and they knew I had two small children when I was making the appointments. The receptionist at the front desk was nice when I went in, but Im just disappointed in the poor communication this clinic does with its patients. I wont be taking my kids back even though I will have to call my sons insurance company to change the primary dentist provider they assigned him.

This dental office has been amazing! They have been so caring and compassionate when caring for not only my son but myself. As a pregnant patient the staff even gave me a handmade blanket as a gift for my daughter which was very touching as I do not have family or friends and this was the only gift I recieved for my daughter, it really meant so much. Thanks to the staff I have finally been able to recieve medical treatment after over 3 years of nightmares with OHSU and OHP. I came to them scared and in pain and they personally steped in and found a way to have me treated at their medical facility. I am forever grateful for the providers and office staff for stepping in and ending 3 years of fear and illness. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR CARING!!! Every health care provider should aspire to be like the staff at Virginia Garcia. If you are looking for compassion and caring dental care, this is the place you want to be.

I had a sore tooth, they worked on it twice - making it worse. For 7 months I had insomnia bc of the pain (they got me a 7 day outscoring for codine which couldnt touch the pain). Even a fan or ac in summer was excruciating fort my tooth. Chronic pain is maddening and makes daily tasks and caring for children more difficult. Im still not getting the care or relief I need. Even though were starving students living on student loans, ebt, wic, and OHP Im buying a healthcare plan so I can get competent doctors, quick appointment times, and the care I need.
