A few years ago I was told by another dentist that two of my teeth could not be saved and I would have to have them pulled. I went to Salem heights dental, Dr Li did not have to do a root canal or extract the teeth. He filled them and saved them!. Last week I was eating popcorn and bit into a whole kernel of corn and broke a tooth off.... Of course it was Friday, I waited until Monday and they got me in with in 1/2 of an hour of the call. He saved that tooth also. Im hard of hearing so communication is challenging, But if you let the staff know you have a hard time understanding him they go out of their way to make sure you know what he is telling you. This man knows what hes doing............ hes VERY good.

Dr Li and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Im not the biggest fan of having to go to the dentist but they help numb the pain of the visit. I had one tooth in particular that Ive had problems with for a few years now and was told it couldnt be saved and would have to be extracted by another dentist. I was happy to have Dr Li tell me that he could do a root canal and a crown. This tooth is in the view of my smile and I am happy to report he did a beautiful job at repairing/salvaging my tooth. They took a while to call you back about 45 minutes, then the Dentist was hard to understand, he did not seem to be respectful as he just graved my clients head and opened his mouth without saying he was going to first, seems like they dont have the patients for disabled clients

My visits were always quick and they are an Ameriplan discount network provider for those of us who have lacked decent dental coverage. The doctor is sensitive to any discomfort youre feeling during a cleaning. Good people. Good service.

Sloppy with cleaning. Not gentle at all. Messed up on my fillings and wouldnt fix them. Do not go to them.
