As far as dentures stay away ,find some place that has a lab onsite, my top plate cracked so i went to them because all my work was done there but they couldnt fix it there i would have to go to there lab down the road. After playing phone tag with them for three days they said that wouldnt work i would have to drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon some time so that means i would have to go to work with no teeth dont think so. Now i have to have another set made and it will NOT be by them. I am definitely staying away from them.

As a new patient, I walked in to the office at 9:00 AM, January 3, 2017 while I was in terrible pain with a toothache and a swollen and infected jaw. I was immediately admitted on an emergency basis (no appointment) and the bad tooth was extracted. I was given scripts for a pain medication and an antibiotic. Within a week the discomfort and infection was completely healed. I couldnt ask for a better experience. I do not have dental insurance, and my bill for the procedure was very reasonable. Thank you Dr. LeBlanc and Bartonsville Family Dental.

Discourteous is an understatement. I had an appointment 10:45 I sat and sat. Then they bring me to another room to sit and sit and wait and wait. Never in my life have I had to wait 45 minutes for a hygienist. I left without even getting a cleaning. RIDICULOUS. I had to lose time from my job and theres nothing but socializing and chit chatting going on. A lot of chit chat and not a lot of work. Unprofessional to me.

They gave me totals on what I was to pay after the insurance covered, then three weeks later tell me that I owe them over 300$ for the periodontal which I was told was covered, told me it was their mistake but I still have to pay. They said that I needed the work done, well its not your choice and I dont have 300$ to shell out, will not return and would not recommend.

This dental practice is great, not like another in this area. The establishment is bright and clean. The staff and the dentist are friendly, professional and a pleasure to be with. The appointments are on time and the wait time a non event. Cudos to Bartensville Family Practice.

Not a FAMILY practice. Both times my kids have been there Ive been charged for nothing other than being referred to a pediatric dentist. Theyll tell you they treat kids but they dont for anything other than cleaning. Huge waste of time and money

The hygentist is good, the dentist not so much. My daughter had a hole in her tooth and the dentist said not to worry about it.BS! It got infected and had to be pulled. Terrible seeing your 7yr girl in pain. This place sucks

First visit was very positive. Staff is lovely from front dest to exam rooms. Up front and informative about cost of procedures. Explained out of pocket expenses carefully and fully. Very pleasant experience

I thought I would need a root canal on a certain tooth, but when the dentist got into the tooth, turned out I didnt need the root canal. Saved some money. Crowns came out okay too.
