Going to find a new dentist. We have gone to Horizon for several years now, and it has consistently gotten worse. The last straw was a couple weeks ago when my husband went in to have his cap put on after a root canal and they tried to charge him more money. Luckily, I had the receipt from the prior appt stating we were paid in full for the root canal and crown. After informing them that we were indeed paid up, the charges magically disappeared and the acct was paid in full. Then for the last 2 or 3 appts, they have called 3 or 4 times for confirmation. After informing the last 3 that I did in fact confirm the appt with the first rep, they finally quit calling. They are notorious for scheduling follow-ups and future appts without informing you..you wont know until you get those infamous confirmation calls. They always tell me they note the fact that I want to be present with my children in the files, and somehow I always have to fight with them about having my appt last so I can be with my kids. The doctor and ladies who do the cleanings are always very nice, I just think the people that run the show are severely lacking organizational skills. And.. They will rip you off if you dont stay on top of it!! Always ask questions about what you are paying for, what the insurance covers, and always keep receipts!!

I thought they were very good, took care of things I needed right then and there. I love the fact that I was seen very quickly. I hate making several appointments when Im already there. i can see how that might overwhelm some people, but for me Id rather get it all done at once. I had to get a crown, I was told by another dentist that I needed this crown so i wasnt surprised. I was called back the next day t see how I was doing, a very nice touch.

I love it there, Ive only been twice, several visits more between now & probably Christmas as Im getting dentures. The staff is very nice as are the doctors and dental assistants. Its Easy to find, waiting time is very short. Im usually very nervous with anything dental, but these folks made me very comfortable. Id recommend Horizon to everyone!!!

was told i needed a root canal and a cap on a tooth. My other dentist said that was ridiculous. It needed a small filling. I would never go back there. Its a tag team. they have one person after another coming in trying to sell you something. Not on your first visit - thats when they gain your trust. Never again

Robert Davis Got me in very next day after breaking a tooth! 1/2 hr repair with digital x-ray and UV reacted ceramic, everything!!! Of course, they are very nice and cleanmy teeth every 3 months so I can keep my originals!!!
