This place doesnt even deserve one star! Let me start off by saying STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My husband has issues with his teeth and them breaking. When he went to the dentist the first time the dentist asked my husband repeatedly if he does METH!! My husband doesnt do drugs and never has! They insulted him and kept asking if he was a meth addict! Why because he had a few broken teeth? Thats number one, number two, they scheduled an oral surgery appointment to get him dentures that he was supposed to get in today. They lost his paperwork and tried to tell me that they told him to reschedule. They CONFIRMED he was coming in today and now my husband has no top teeth and no dentures for 6-8 weeks! When I called to talk to someone about this issue the "office manager" (who by the way spoke very unclearly) was extremely rude, kept interrupting me, told me to speak more clearly ( aka making fun of me by the way I talk, I have "disability" and I have a speak impediment which if anyone knows means that a lot of what I say isnt clear sometimes. ) with that being said, heres a little advice to the office manager, maybe before you talk down on someone who cant speak clearly because of my face being undeveloped and you being a jerk, you should find out what type of person I am. I promise you this, when I am done you will not have a job! You will not talk to another person the way you did and your office will not leave another patient in pain and having to wait 6-8 weeks before he can eat a normal meal! How dare you speak to another human being like that! You are disrespectful and you dont deserve any respect!

Negative Stars!!! This was an excellent facility years ago with a great staff prior to going under the A-1 umbrella. The Dentist and staff were outstanding. After it went under A-1 all the dentist (which we were extremely happy with) servicing myself and my 3 other family members left the practice. The dentist I chose from those that remained was disorganized as was the remaining staff. Appointments ran late and they would no longer even attempt to schedule my family on the same day. They asked how many in my family to which I replied 4 and the receptionist stated they could see no more than 3 per family on the same day as a policy. We werent all going to see the same dentist so why this odd policy? I was not given an answer other than it is office policy. The last straw came when I was scheduled for 2 procedures on the same day, however when I arrived the dentist was running late by over 30 minutes and tried to split the procedures without consulting me. When I complained her demeanor made me uncomfortable and it appeared she might attempt to rush through my procedures so I declined and left. That was 2 years ago. Recently, I saw they had a new dentist and staff so I decided to give them another try. I arrived and waited 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment before the staff asked for my insurance card. When I inquired how much longer it would be the receptionist said we wasnt sure but said Id be next. She then told me they were having computer problems and asked if I wanted to reschedule. No thanks!!!

This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. I found them through my insurance first time going there Im 15 minutes late because its the first time there they send me to the wrong room in the building. I get to the right room the girl asks me and my checking and I say yes. My name and then she says well were going to have to reschedule your appointment because youre more than 20 minutes late which I wasnt, I was only 15 minutes late. Then proceeded to tell me that the doctor is overbooked, why would you over book your doctor if you have appointments set. Listen Im all fine with you rescheduling if Im an hour late I was 15 minutes late this is the first time that this dentist and she treated me like a piece of you know what. They can charge me a hundred or 200 for sitting and waiting in an overbooked office for an hour but because they canceled me within 15 minutes. I cant get my hour back that I wasted going there. I would not recommend this dentist to anybody, and I mean anybody! find somewhere else to go this place is horrible and the people working there are miserable!!!!!

No idea what they are doing... first off having 2 children i make the appontment at the same time thinking they will be seeing the same dentist but they did not. One dentist thought my daughters sealant was "bad fillings"that needed to be removed and re-filled. The other left my son in the chair for 45 minutes while 4 people fumbled around with a computer that no one knew how to work. The dental assistant was not at all friendy and actally POINTED me out of the room to take my sons xrays. Then poured some flouride on the tray and forgot to put it on his teeth. To top it all off yesterday I got a statement fom the insurance company stating that they would not be covering the $25 per child for the "toothbrushing instructions" (which I might add were never given to my children) and that I may be billed by the dental office. Needless to say I wil not be going back for the fillings and am currently looking for another dentist.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!! For your sake DO NOT GO HERE! They will pull teeth that arent damaged, they will make you get your wisdom teeth out for no reason, and they do so many X-Rays even though they took them less than a month beforehand, so meaning MORE RADIATION. Second and third opinions say the teeth do not even need to get pulled. One woman at the desk was complaining nonstop about a patient that was in there as well, and then another one who left right away. Do you want these people to be talking bad about you behind your back? I was thinking I should have recorded this person for how terrible they were talking about the person(s). If you want to be wearing dentures 20 years before necessary then by all means give them your money. The staff here are absolutely horrible. In all my years I have NEVER reviewed a place, but this one takes the win for the absolute worst place in all of Pennsylvania.

After years of putting off regular dental care,due to severe anxieties,I had to have all my teeth extracted at my youn age of 34,due to recent health concerns.I did not know what to expect,being very ashamed & afraid of the condition my teeth were in.I am writing this review to recomened Dr. ARBINA NAYEEM to ANYONE who has a fear of the dentist or oral surgery.She was the kindest,most gentle,reassuring,professional that I have ever met in the dental industry.She throughly explained the procedure,prepared me for it & gaurenteed that I would feel no pain,only pressure.She was right! She worked very quickly getting it done & did an EXCELLENT JOB! My teeth were removed on Thursday,and now it is 1 week later & I feel GREAT!....I would have this done years ago if I knew of her & her amazing staff. Thank you so much Dr. ARBINA NAYEEM & A1 family dentistry!.You have changed my life!
