Took my pets there since they were puppies, which they now are 10. My dog was having trouble getting up, well they said it was arthritis, I disagreed with this but went home. Took her back in a month because she was no better. So they tested for lyme disease, well they said it showed a scant amount in her blood but she wasnt running a fever so they still thought it was arthritis, so I asked for pain med then because all she did was cry, might I add that she was 80 pounds then. Decided to get a second opinion a month later when she didnt seem like she wanted to get up to go to bathroom or even eat. Took her to new vet she was now 69 pounds, they found a lump in her stomach that was 12 inches long that had been there for a long time. Retested her for lyme disease and she was positive. Started her on antibiotic within a week her fever is down and she is feeling better. The lump well we will see, I asked ridge view about that same lump and they said it was just muscle mass, had an ultrasound and it is a tumor, if we would of caught it earlier it wouldnt have been such a risk for surgery.

My cat had exploratory surgery done to diagnose whether the mass in her intestines was either Inflammatory Bowel Disease or Lymphoma and they didnt give her an antibiotic afterward, when they asked me at a follow up visit how she took it I said I wasnt given that medication and they glossed over like it wasnt important (apparently because it was their fault). She died a few weeks later. Theyre also very condescending and act like they know everything, whenever the internet could tell you more but dont you dare say that to them. And just so everyone knows, when a cat vomits continuously and makes an awful noise as they do so IT IS NOT NORMAL. But the vet here thinks that it is. I thought we were the only ones with an absolutely horrible experience but have noticed news stories and comments with other people saying the same thing. The place smells absolutely awful on top of all of this. Go somewhere else, your pet will thank you for it.

I will never ever go back to this place. They are so condescending and treat you horribly. I took my kitten here because she was exuding symptoms of an ear infection. They wanted to do bloodwork to rule infections out. They shaved her neck without asking for permission. Then they brought her back to me bleeding profusely. They gave me no answers as to what was wrong with her. They actually tried to tell me that she could possibly have rabies and that I had bats in my attic(insisted that I did) --I dont have an attic or any crawl space above my living space. She is a complete indoor kitten. never been outside. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Theyre not going to help, but they will gladly take your money. They charged me nearly $200 for this visit and I left there without an answer as to what was wrong with her. Not to mention, the facility is disgusting. I would give NO stars if I could.

Exceptional service...our family cant say enough wonderful things about the care received at Ridgeview Vet clinic. Dr. Melissa Voll-Stouffer is exceptional in her field and we are so grateful that she practices right here in our area. I have dealt with animals all my life and I would recommend Ridgeview for your every day needs to emergency care in a heartbeat.

Dr. Melissa Voll-Stouffer is the best. She cares, shes kind, shes experienced, just love her, would hate to see anyone else, so I am biased ;) The vet techs are also great with me and my pets. I can only see leaving Ridgeview if Dr. Melissa Voll-Stouffer leaves. To be fair, I dont know about the vets, so I cannot comment on them.

My mom takes her cats to Ridgeview clinic and everyone is always nice to her and the animals. The most recent visit we took her cat over who was in renal failure and with a couple days at the clinic and administering the prescibed medicine at home the cat is now doing fine. She surely would have been dead otherwise.

I really disliked them. They were rude and judgemental. Dont dare act like you know what youre talking about in front of them, because they will try to act like they know, and you dont. I am a very educated pet owner and they seem to dislike this (whether its due to ego or wanting to rip you off, I dont know!)

Ive been brining my pets here forever. From my dogs flea infestation to having to put my cat down. When Cat was put down, they sent a card of condolences that I keep next to the picture of Cat and I. They care. Theyre kind. And theyre reasonable. Im so thankful for their service and their kind hearts.

The vet and techs were so kind and caring. They did everything to figure out what my dog needed. They recommended certain products they sell, but were not pushy. They dont have a trash barrel outside if your dog goes potty, and it was the worst smelling vet Ive been to. There prices are excellent!
