I have a degenerating right hip and a left knee that had microfracture surgery a number of years ago. Since, and for as long as I can remember, I have significant muscle tightness in my right hip and constant pain in my left knee. Honestly, after two visits to Dr. Agasar, the tightness in my hip is almost gone. The regular soreness in my knee is manageable. I realize this is not a quick fix. Dr. Agasar gave me exercises to do and some wellness tips to help me continue to feel well. I will be seeing him on a regular basis....I feel too good right now not to see him. He works with me, and based on my free time and budget, we worked out a course of action. I finally feel like I have a custom treatment plan.
