I have to give a star because they wont allow you to post. I found this office months ago an when I first started going the staff was very nice, but over time going there the attitude from the receptionist is rude. I referred people there an when they made an appointment the receptionist took the information and wrote her phone number wrong so they tried to get in contact with her and was unsuccessful. She goes in for her appointment and waited for an hour an still after an hour not approved yet thru insurance. It was said between the two of us about someone is not doing their job, well right away the receptionist starts talking $hit when she heard that. As she is allowed to conduct herself in that manner with Venice A. Aviso ,DDS standing right next to her and not saying a word. I would recommend the gentleman dentist Chinh N. Le, DDS. The same day this all happened I had an appointment that I switched with my fiance and I told the receptionist this, what does she do she cancels his other appointment for the next day an says I canceled it. DO YOU WANT TO HEAR THE BEST PART I JUST POSTED A REVIEW AND NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES LATER THE RECEPIONIST CALLS AN LEAVES A VM SAYING THEY ARE NO LONGER GONNA ACCEPT ME CAUSE OF MY ATTITUDE. BUT ITS OK FOR THE RECEPTIONIST TO SPEAK TO PATIENTS LIKE THAT? I DONT CARE IF YOUR HAVING A BAD DAY DOESNT GIVE U THE RIGHT. SO GOOD LUCK IF YOU DECIDE TO GO THERE...

Its unfortunate that I have to leave this negative review. Dr. Aviso (my dentist) recently did two fillings on my lower wisdom teeth. The fillings hurt from day one and in repeated returns to her practice she continues to try the same approach that hasnt worked in the past (grinding down the filling). I finally asked her to explain what her approach is to fix the problem at which point she became defensive and in a rather rude fashion lectured me how it was really my fault the fillings hurt (and of course used the "threat" of a root canal, ha!). Very unprofessional.

Corupt, disgusting liars who are trying to force dental work you do not need. I cannot emphasize how dirty this offoce is in their dealings. They stated I needed(10k dollars worth of dental work (4 root cannals and 4 crowns. I decided to go for a second opinion and guess what, I do not need a single root cannal or crown. They were going to put me through intense dental procedures I did not need and taking 10 k from me. Do not go to this office or believe a word from these money hungry corupt dentists.

This dentist does not know how to run there office. My wife went in and told them I was taking her appt for wednesday so they took it upon themself to cancel my Thursday appt. And the head dentist the woman shouldnt be aloud to be in charge.
