I went to The Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute with a recently injured shoulder that effectively turned me into a lefty. My experience with all of the staff at The Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute was overwhelmingly positive. Everybody remembers your name, I never felt like I was treated like a generic patient, which is the norm at other healthcare providers. It started with a comprehensive analysis of my specific injury, my activities, and goals for recovery. They have a consistent approach to delivering care. The entire team worked together, directed by the physical therapists. They tracked my progress in detail, evolving my recovery plan as I improved. At one point I had a discouraging setback, I thought I had re-injured. They helped me understand what may have happened and how to move forward, which ended up being a breakthrough in my recovery. The Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute was flexible on setting appointments based on my work schedule. A few times I had to reschedule, which was not a problem. A few times I found I had unexpected free time and called to see if they could fit me in for an extra session, which worked out great, also.

Ive been in the healthcare field for 30 years. I researched 3 different Physical Therapy providers in the Audubon area prior to my knee arthroscopy. Choosing PTW was the best decision I could have made and Im genuinely happy to provide this review of their services. After spending 5 weeks here, I couldnt be happier with my progress and PTW. The Therapists and support staff are excellent, with excellent communication among the team, which I appreciated. They are kind, compassionate, and highly attentive to the patients needs, always recognizing when I was having pain, or just not having a good day, not unexpected following knee surgery. The therapists are competent and well trained. Care plans are tailored to meet your specific needs. Loved the flexible hours and Saturday hours, very convenient when you work fulltime and are trying fit PT into your schedule. Based on my own personal experience and progress, and after observing patients around me at PTW, would highly recommend PTW for any rehab needs. Well done, PTW crew, and a most sincere Thank you.

This is my second PT treatment plan with PTW. Having had such great results after my knee replacement, there was no one else I would use to regain the use of my arm after a shoulder injury. The injury was not a usual case for Marc to handle. His constant "thinking out of the box" was amazing. He designed special tools for me to use at home to help for continuing my progress. The entire staff is caring, friendly, and they are the best! There are no words for how much I appreciate all they have done for me! Before and after my knee replacement I went to PTW for my physical therapy. Loved the staff. So kind and caring. Had an excellent recovery! Will be going back to see Marc shortly for the excellent care after a shoulder replacement. Would recommend highly!!

Superb treatment. Great facility; excellent practitioners. I needed PT after surgery to repair a severed quad tendon. Jim provided clear, complete explanations of what I could expect; as treatment progressed, he and Marc answered all of my questions patiently and completely. They moved me along at a pace that was manageable, but aggressive enough to enable me to ski again this season. The staff feels like family; Janelle, Shane, Mike, and Mary were all supportive, and wonderful to deal with. The venue is convenient, well-maintained, and comfortable. I recommend PTW with the highest possible endorsement.

This is five star service for anyone needing physical therapy. The PTs are very, very friendly to everyone and give excellent therapy and advice. The PT that has the oversight in working with me on my knee, Marc Schoettle, has been excellent in guiding me through the exercises which are strengthening my muscles around my knee. He takes the time to explain why and what he is doing in the healing process, which I find very helpful, as why my knee was hurting was a mystery to me! All the staff are very knowledgeable and involved with us. I highly recommend going here if you need physical therapy.

My therapist Marc Schoettle was very attentive to my concerns and explained to me in detail the treatment and the exercise program that he wrote up for me to specifically target the area that needs an improvement. He’s friendly but extremely professional and definitely knows what he’s doing. Marc was also great in setting up my initial visit and very helpful; the registration process was easy. Also, Marc takes his time to explain and demonstrates exercises and he continues to encourage my performance. I would highly recommend Marc.

This is my 2nd treatment at PTW. They have a very encouraging environment with knowledgeable staff. I could feel that each person wanted me to succeed in my program. They demonstrate each exercise and watch me to ensure I am doing it correctly. The staff is readily available to answer all my questions. The facility is clean and welcoming with a lot of different tools to assist is any treatment plan. I would absolutely recommend PTW to family and friends!

Very helpful as I struggle with sciatica, back pain, neck pain, headaches after a car accident. The very special treadmill that calculates body weight and lets you run at various percentages of your body weight - gravity. JIM is very helpful in helping me stretch out my spine. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, patient and understanding. Great machines and guidance. Especially clean. Excellent place for physical therapy.
