All the staff members of this Physical Therapy location [at 730 S. Broad Street, Lansdale, PA 19446] are genuinely caring, absolutely professional, and characteristically polite. They have all sorts of equipment and resources for the excellent practice of their profession - thats a great credit to the entire company - but from my point of view, the greatest credit should go to whoever interviews and hires the companys human resources. Overall just Meh seems very rushed. Youre told to do a certain stretch or exercise with very minimal guidance/supervision. For example, heres what youre going to do, heres how to do it and then do it for 3 sets of 10 while I jump over to the next patient. Theres no personal connection or guidance that youd expect from someone thats supposed to "guide" you on your "road" to recovery. Theres just non of that. They have a factory belt line system; youre just cycled through. There needs to be attention to detail. There needs to be a one on one hands on experience that this place quite frankly lacks.

THE best physical therapist group! Im a long time martial artist and have had my share of injuries. I find comfort knowing that PTW is there to help heal me in the shortest time possible (so long as you listen to the doctors instructions) and they heal you in a happy & positive environment. The office runs like a well oiled machine and I wish that other doctors offices would run this smoothly. The doctors and clinical staff sincerely care about your healing process. I highly recommend the Lansdale location and give them 5 starts.

Thank you to the amazing staff at PTW Lansdale!!!!!!! From suffering with migraines, head pain and shoulder pain for months to not having a migraine or headache since starting PT and being able to run without a headache again I am overly impressed with my experience at PTW Lansdale! Thank you to the awesome staff for putting up with me so early in the morning. The flexibility and hours available help with my personal schedule and it is much appreciated! My second time at PTW in Lansdale; a few years ago therapy for my low back/tailbone, and the last few weeks for my right knee. I have found exceptional service on both treatment plans created for me. The staff is welcoming, happy go lucky, yet serious and caring to assist you on your path to wellness. Everyone knows your name, says hi and if they have a free moment, stops by at some point to chat. Even the patients are friendly. I look forward to my therapy sessions! Great atmosphere and great backround music as well!

Theyre super friendly and my dad had a wonderful experience with them when he hurt his back. For months nothing was helping him but they really helped him improve and return very quickly to his normal active self. Im currently going there for a running injury and am very happy with how personable the staff is and the progress I have made so far :) in fact, I will be running a 5k in 2 weeks

I started PT on 5/30/17 and cant believe how wonderful I am feeling. The pain in my sciatic area and down my leg has improved beyond my expectation. The staff is wonderful, very encouraging and attentive to the needs of all people requiring therapy. They have flexible scheduling times and I would recommend this facility highly to anyone.

My experience here was great! All of the staff was friendly and informative. I was unable to walk up steps easily and now I have no problems with the stairs. I am walking out with no more pain and I am very motivated to keep up with the exercises and physical activity. Every visit is a delightful experience!
