Ive had numerous aches and pains for years as I have a hard time understanding that I am not as young as I used to be. I have seen numerous chiropractors for lower back pain, but with limited results. After driving by blue mountain family chiropractic on a daily basis I decided to give them a try. After my first appointment I was hooked. Not only did Dr. Touchinsky alleviate the majority of my back pain, but hes done wonders for my shoulders, neck, and knees. Through dietary recommendations and numerous techniques that manipulate muscle and tissue fibers Im living life with little to no aches and pains. Its the best I have felt in years! On top of that the staff is friendly and always go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of.

Uses an unusual technique to reduce pain that actually causes more pain. Was not getting better. Now scheduled for surgical procedure due to cyst that burst.
