This is a high volume office which could mean they have many satisfied patients or double book. My first appointment had 16 people in the waiting room and 3 people in the hall. I rescheduled. At my next appointment was shown into room 45 minutes beyond my appointed time. The PA was professional and attentive. All my concerns were addressed and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. For the next month I made three trips to the pharmacy trying to get the prescription filled that was discussed during my appointment. Each failed attempt lead me to a discussion with the front office staff. I have given up; it just isnt that serious of a need. Continuity of care is the reason for my three star rating.

I had a mole removed in the early twenties by Dr. Milstein. I trusted him to remove it because he was a dermatologist but he burned it off and it left an ugly scar. I couldnt remember his name until I brought my mother to see another doctor in the same office.
