I went to get a mole removed.... after taking my copay..... they decided to tell me they couldnt do it after only being there for 5 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional. Then referred me to someone who does not even remove moles. Be sure to do your research before booking an appointment with them. Pretty much just wanted to bill my insurance and take the copay when they literally did nothing. She didnt even touch my mole. Absolutely the worst experience Ive had with a doctor. The nurse was super rude. Already being nervous about having a mole removed that Ive had all my life due to problems it had been giving me... she decided to tell me well if you do this its going to leave a scar and its going to look really bad. Thanks for the support as a nurse. One bad review will travel 10 times further than a good one. Good luck with them.

I will never go back here my first appointment went ok even tho the doctor was more concerned about hair dandruff than what inwws there for! Go back again because the mediation she gave me did not work and im told this time i have to pay 300 bucks just to ne seen! The lady was very rude and even told me that maybe I should get better insurance. This is mot good customer service i will never go there again. The only reason why they have one star from me is because i cant give zero stars

My experience wasnt what I expected at all after visiting a different dermatology with a lower average review score than this one on Google. The appointment only lasted FOUR MINUTES and most of my questions werent answered and my problems werent solved. This "care center" is a place where they dodge further questions to quickly grab your cash in hopes of you coming again for the other problems you have that they wouldnt help you with in the first place.
