Do not go to this place! My fiance and I waited over an hour PAST our scheduled appointment time just to get the paper work to fill out. Once we got the paperwork, Eyeland optical in Stroudsburg claimed to not support our insurance. Once we got on the phone with the insurance company, we handed the phone to the lady at the desk (her name was Grace-make sure you avoid her), she proceeded to ARGUE with the insurance representative to the point where the insurance rep hung up on her. Need I remind you that this was over an hour passed out scheduled appointment time at this point. We never got seen by the doctor, because Grace told us that everything would be out of pocket even when they supported our insurance. Additionally, the woman at the desk was making personal phone calls, and snapped at me numerous times for being patient. Avoid this place!

I take my son there. The staff is friendly, we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our appointment and they fixed my sons glasses that we purchased there with no complaints or charge to us. Im not sure why there are so many bad reviews but we have had a good experience.

They had the Ray Bans I was looking for!:) Ordered them, Ill post a picture of me wearing them when they come in, said it takes about a week. Cant wait.

Their deductible frames are cheap and flimsy for 99 dollars. Know your eye insurance policies because they will charge you for things that will be free.

Best place Ive been at to have my eyes checked. Wait wasnt long and staff was just awesome. The choices of frames are wonderful.
