Unprofessional.....Horrible waiting time...... I scheduled an 9am appointment for my aunt, to be seen. Prior before coming I was told we were the first patient of the day and our meeting should only take roughly 30-min. To shorten the waiting period we faxed over new admission documents. On the day of the appointment we waited an hour and 15-min before being called, at that point I just requested all private documents back and told them we will take our business else where...
