While the massage therapist was great, Id have to say its been the worst place Ive ever had to deal with. The most unprofessional Ive been to. I was convinced to do a consultation and the first day, after being told one price, I was then told a higher price because of hidden fees. They kept me waiting a long time. The x-ray machine was down, which is understandable as it was weather related. I came back two days later to get the x-rays done, as scheduled, and they had me wait 30 minutes without saying a word to me. I had to say something to get a response. The response I got was simply attitude, no apology about making me wait, just attitude that I was annoyed with waiting. Another twenty minutes go by and finally its ready to go. I change, and, shocker, I have to wait another fifteen minutes for the person to get me for the x-ray. A FIVE minute thing took an HOUR. Then they tell you to come back Tuesday, but make your appointment for Thursday. They were rude about my results and had attitude about asking what the cost would be. Seriously? Im not going to blindly give away my credit card since they wont tell me what the cost is!!!

My major complaint was arm, shoulder and neck pain. It was difficult to just get dressed each day. I tried ice, heat, and pain medications but nothing helped for long. I started treatment with Linda at HealthSource of Londonerry and now I can do everything myself with minimal pain. Im actually able to sleep in my own bed at night. HealthSource knows how to treat their patients. They never keep them waiting and always take extra time to offer help when needed.
