This is coming from a dental-phobic customer... I was able to get a prompt appointment, and got a THOROUGH (and painless) cleaning and xrays. Their price was a LOT less than a private dentist I went to before. I needed and got 11 fillings. The dentist and staff were very courtious and professional. I had pain issues 2 days later, called, and was seen immediately. Their response was appropriate and very kind. I was able to get a payment plan I could handle (No dental insurance) , excellent care, honesty about teeth issues, and really great customer care. I plan to be a permanent customer, and absolutely recommend them .

The young black lady on the desk was very courteous & helpful, but some of the others on the desk, including the office manager, were indifferent & very poor in their communication. I was promised a return call concerning a question with my dental insurance but never got an answer. Still didnt receive a return call after my second request. I appreciated the help of the young black lady on the desk (she quickly provided the information just before my appointment). However, I received an excellent cleaning and the dentist provided good treatment.

This is a terrible business. They rotate dentist so you never see the same person. Each dentist has a different opinion of what should happen. But more importantly they do not handle billing properly. My husband received a check from the insurance company and dental smart cash it instead of paying him. They billed me for my visit 6 months after the visit. Terrible customer experience and terrible service. I already left one review but it is all the sudden no longer available. Hmmm

Horrific Dental Care. Plan to get a root canal and crown for each tooth they touch. Run away from this place. Dentist drilled into the pulp of a tooth that wasnt numb, and then apologized all over himself, promised to not charge me for what was supposed to be a filling. I never came back, found a far better dentist. I received multiple bills for the services the dentist promised not to charge me for, and finally got the bills to stop, at least for now.

The dentist had a bad attitude and exuded a high level of condescension. Right before the procedure he announces the price and automatically thinks Im uninsured, although I am. Worst way to treat someone whos paying part of your salary. If his goal was to be a curmudgeon that works in a strip mall, then he made the big time. All in all, a poor place to go for dental care. Not "smart" in my opinion.

They told me to pull a tooth would be 250 at most. This is obviously ridiculous. Where Im from its 60-70. The dentist was incredibly quick and efficient. After an hour and a half of waiting an exceptional bald black dentist pulled my tooth very skillfully and painless. The desk told me its p307! I have to say top of the line work at an awful price

The doctors, nurses and respectionist were very knowledgeable and kind. The doctor explained before and during the procedure what he was going to do. The dental assistance was a great. She was right there to clean my mouth in between and when I was done . I highly recommend them.
