I have been going to Primary Eye care for approximately 19 years and have never considered going anywhere else. You leave their office with a confident feeling that they gave you the most detailed eye exam possible. The doctors and other staff explain in detail what they see going on with your eyes. The optical dept. for new glasses are very professional and helpful. They will tell you the truth if you ask their opinion about how a certain pair of frames look on you. The choices of frames in both style and price is great. Many to choose from and many that match your pocketbook. I would recommend Primary Eye Care to anyone.

Primary Eyecare and Dr. Van Hoven helped me so much when I was desperate for eye care. I had apparently received faulty glasses to view the solar eclipse. When having eye burning and pain the next day, I called their office and they worked me in. Everyone there was a delight to work with. Dr. Van Hoven explained everything clearly to me and really cared. Although I was in a scary situation, he put me at ease. I highly recommend them.

I went to Dr. Pete for my annual eye check up. It was a great experience. Dr. Pete took his time with me and explained each step in the eye exam process and answered any questions I had. I did not feel like he was rushed at all. The lady that fitted me for new lens and frames was really nice and knowledgeable. She did not try to pressure me into getting more expensive lens or frames, but made sure I was getting what I wanted.

Outstanding. This is literally the most pleasant medical office I have ever been to. From the second you walk in, everyone is friendly. I took my son there this morning. The front desk staff, the nurse, the doctor, and the person who adjusted his glasses were all great. Everyone was in a great mood, and seemed happy to be there. It was the most easy going and pleasant medical visit I have ever experienced.

The whole staff and the doctors at Primary are always on point. We are greeted with a smile and leave with a smile. The doctors never rush you through an exam and their consultation. And the ladies in eye wear are equally as helpful, no pressure, no rush, and they always make sure we are completely satisfied with our eye wear purchase. Primary has set the bar very, very high!

Great experience. I had an eye problem that progressively got worse. I called the office and within 15 minutes I was there and a few minutes later I was in the examination room. Great staff from phone, to front desk to the doctors care and friendliness. This is how a medical facility should be run.

Positive place for your eye exam. Good location. 4 Drs on staff and ive seen 3. All great. You dont have to get attached to one Dr but if you prefer that is ok too. t makes appointments very convenient.
