This is the place to entrust your familys vision and eye care. I have been to the high end and budget chains and they have their place. Here my wife and eye had our vision exams. My wife was diagnosed with Cataracts. This is where the Collins Eye center separates them selves from the others. Dr.Collins has been practicing for 25 plus years in Nashville area. He has relationships with ophthalmologists and knows who best to refer you too. He knows them personally and professionally. Julie made all the arrangements for my wife with the surgeon best suited for her needs. Myself I was impressed that Dr. Collins sat with both of us and took time that these other places can not afford. I was able to select a great set of frames and the service was professional. They care about how you look and how you feel about your selection. Can not say enough about this place and if you noticed on all review levels Always 5 stars.

Great optometrist experience! The customer service was fantastic from the minute I walked in. They immediately took care of me, talked to me, and even offered a delicious cappuccino on my short wait to see Doctor Collins. He was extremely professional and friendly sitting with me throughout the entire exam. He worked with me and recommended various different types of contact lenses that met my specific needs until we found a pair that works. The medical equipment was state of the art as well and different from any other optometrist office Ive been to. Ill be needing new glasses soon and definitely plan on returning to look through their huge selection and styles of glasses. I highly recommend them and tell all my friends when they need new glasses or to have their eyes checked to visit Dr. Collins

VERY PLEASED and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... My wife and I had been looking for a really good eye doctor since moving to Franklin from Memphis five years ago. We were accustomed to the level of service provided by Dr. Gerald E at our Memphis location. After going to several other eye doctors, my wife found Dr. Collins. If you want excellent one-on-one customer service in a relaxed professional setting, then Collins Eye Center is the best... Dr. Collins and his staff provided the most thorough eye exam I have had in years. They took the time to make sure that my eyes were healthy and my contacts and glasses were not just OK, but perfect! My wife and I love our Tom Ford frames and we cannot say enough good things about Collins Eye Center.

Collins Eye Center is truly the place to go for your all of your eye care needs. Their facility is clean, modern, and very relaxing. I was offered a full drink menu upon walking in, and felt well served throughout my whole exam. I was very impressed with their focus on client relationships. Dr. Collins even helped me find emergency glasses the day of my wedding, when mine snapped in half the night before. He made calls for me and sent my prescription to local labs in the area to make sure I would have the glasses I needed when I was in a pinch! Ill definitely be back when its time for another appointment!

Wonderful experience! I just moved to the area, and the experience I had here was incredible. The staff are very welcoming and really know what theyre doing. They have very nice, modern equipment, and the exam was easy, and Im confident I got the best prescription possible. I was surprised by how much Dr. Collins was able to improve my vision. They were also happy to work with me to help find the perfect pair of glasses. The selection was huge, but Dr. Collins was able to find several pairs that looked great on me. Im very glad I chose Collins Eye Center, and highly recommend them!

I am very satisfied with the care I have received at Collins Eye Center. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have all of the latest technology to make your eye exam more pleasant. Dr. Collins is very professional. He takes the time to get to know his patients and understand their concerns. He happily answered all of my questions during my exam. I was very impressed when Dr. Collins personally contacted me to follow up on a potential procedure we had discussed during my visit. I would highly recommend Collins Eye Center!

Dr. Collins and his staff are exceptional! I had an appointment for a regular eye exam and during the exam Dr. Collins found a retinal tear. Collins Eye Center called to schedule my appointment with the surgeon. The eye surgeon told me several times that Dr. Collins was very thorough with the exam as the tear was difficult to find. I have purchased my glasses and contacts from Collins Eye Center. The selections are phenomenal! I highly recommend Collins Eye Center!

Dr. Collins and his staff provided top notch care combined with a wonderful office visit experience. Dr. Collins went the extra mile for me when I was being fitted for contacts. I have a different prescription in each eye and the lenses themselves had to be special ordered. Dr. Collins ordered trial pair after trial pair and did not give up until he found me the perfect prescription. I could not recommend Collins Eye Center more!

Excellent experience! Highest recommendation for Dr Collins and his entire staff! From the minute you walk in the door, you feel welcome and can sense the professionalism from everyone in the office.
